Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam  

Le camere riservata era sul giardino al piano rialzato. In realtà più che in un giardino la camera prospettava in parte su un piccolo pezzo di terreno e in parte sul parcheggio dell'albergo. Abbiamo preferito usufruire di una speciale offerta e passare nelle camere della torre.

Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Esempio: dopo aver offerto di prenotarci il posto auto all'interno della struttura, all'arrivo ci siamo trovati un parcheggio con indicato il nostro nominativo su un cartello.

Ci era promesso una vista giardino, invece avevamo vista strada/impianto aria condizionata.

La posizione

La colazione forse poteva essere migliore.

First, I was not informed about the security deposit that has been booked from my credit card upon arrival. That was a bad surprise for me. Another disadvantage is that "Do not disturb" doorplate was one ignored by the maid. Both things say a lot about the quality of the personnel.

Staff was very helpful. Nice bar and restaurant. Good location.

The hotel is wellknown to me from my business past. It has an excellent location in the centre of Rotterdam. On this occasion I cannot praise the helpful and friendly attitude of all the personnel that we came across!

The reserved car parking within the grounds of the hotel is not well organised. The system of posts with your name on it looks nice but it was not until the 6th night of my stay that I was able to actually park my car in the reserved space. The whole approach to it needs a fundamental re-think. My stay straddled 2011 and 2012 and on 1 January I was charged more for the car park - without any forewarning and indeed without my agreement.

I liked the atmosphere, luxury and exactly near the places we wanted to visit. It was a good choice.

I don´t like rooms in which you can't open the windows. It was airconditioned and that worked well. And the television is very out of date. A hotel from this standing needs at least a modern led or lcd screen and not a little box which are at least 10 years old

I had stayed at the Bilderberg and came back because I really liked it. I like the design of the rooms and the public spaces and also Restaurant 70 and the location near convention facilities and restaurants on Witte de Withstrasse.

Our room was uncomfortably warm after the first night. We reported it, and the engineer adjusted the controls for us. He thought that would solve the problem, but it didn't. The room was still too warm when we left. Also, I find it surprising that the Bilderberg does not offer free wi-fi access anywhere in the hotel. Most other hotels are doing this. For these two reasons, I'm not sure I would stay at the Bilderberg again, although with these caveats I would recommend it to others.

The room wa adequate.

I arrived at Hotel approx 4pm. After I checked in changed I went o go the bar at approx 1830 hrs, I was then told that bar was closed. I then went to the restaurant where I was aked if I had made a booking. I was then told they where busy. I had to go out to get a meal. If I had known this earlier I would have stayed somewhere else.

Breakfast choices were very good.

Staff made me wait for a lengthy period to answer the phone in the midst of serving me. None of the Internet facilities were working and the staff was not aware of it. I had to walk the streets to search for Business facilities, having paid to use the hotel for its business area.

Booking in was quick hotel was very clean throughout well located for shopping and sight seeing all staff were very friendly and willing to do everything to make stay as comfortable as possible nothing seemed too much hassle. good choice of breakfast was on offer daily would recommend to families or couples would return again enjoyable stay
