staff friendly, helpful. breakfast excellent. When asked, staff arranged transfer to room with balcony.

garden rooms only accessed by stairs, no air conditioning. only some had balcony

No air conditioning in standard rooms. It was like sleeping in a sauna. Breakfast was overpriced and not very good.

I didnt use many of the facilities as on past stays i thought the breakfast was average so went out for breakfast. I thiught the shower was not very good. I was not impressed by the barman the 1st night but thought Martin on the return from the jazz on later nights was very good

The location for business meetings and general amenities in and around Rotterdam, also good transport links nearby.

No air conditioning in the room - the temperature got up to almost 30 deg C during my stay and the room was very noisy and uncomfortable in the heat.

I had an excellent roon overlooking the City . The staff were polite and made me feel welcome on my return to the hotel.

No real problems but it would be nice to have more modern televisions with Sky TV .

The hotel was centrally located, clean rooms and a good price

The reception desk advised that I use the hotel parking lot to park my car but never told me it would cost 18 euros per day.

Close to the centre of Rotterdam.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

We had stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased when we were looking on the website that we were able to do a good deal by booking and paying well in advance

excellent breakfast & staff/service

The hotel room suffered from a smell of damp - this was quite unpleasant. The heating in the bathroom was on full - I think to combat this.

it was close to the hospital.my husband needed surgery.the stay at the hotel was pleasant. the service of the staff was exellent and very understanding.

ther were no shops close to the hotel.it would be very convenient if the hotel should have a (small)shopping corner.

The close location of the hotel to central station and the value for money of the room i got for an overnight business trip.

garden room windows were old and need replacing. no tea/coffee maker in room. dirty plates were left in corridor outside room opposite for most of one day but were removed when staff were notified

I was paying €395 for one night, and they did not have an adapter available to use - all their adapters 'were in use' - do they not know how many rooms they have??? The tv is a really old, small tv that is not a plasma, which for that amount of money, is ridiculous. There was a cigarette burn in the window net curtains.
