Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam  

The staff were very helpful when I required their services. They directed us to the right places we wanted to visit. They had knowledge of the local area and facilities. The rooms were clean, comfortable and bright. They were cleaned regularly by their staff. I will be visiting Rotterdam again and will stay at the hotel for the location which I thought was very central within the city.

Good location, good services in general we had an issue with the room and we were moved with absolutely no problem and diligency. The girl at the front desk (a dark long hair one) was really nice at all times.

Only one comment the toilet was either stained or very dirty and it was not very nice how it look. Recommend to try to take the stain away.

The hotel is wellknown to me from my business past. It has an excellent location in the centre of Rotterdam. On this occasion I cannot praise the helpful and friendly attitude of all the personnel that we came across!

The reserved car parking within the grounds of the hotel is not well organised. The system of posts with your name on it looks nice but it was not until the 6th night of my stay that I was able to actually park my car in the reserved space. The whole approach to it needs a fundamental re-think. My stay straddled 2011 and 2012 and on 1 January I was charged more for the car park - without any forewarning and indeed without my agreement.

The room wa adequate.

I arrived at Hotel approx 4pm. After I checked in changed I went o go the bar at approx 1830 hrs, I was then told that bar was closed. I then went to the restaurant where I was aked if I had made a booking. I was then told they where busy. I had to go out to get a meal. If I had known this earlier I would have stayed somewhere else.

The location is very convenient in downtown Rotterdam, staff is professional and if you have a room on a higher floor the view is quite nice

Imho this hotel's glory has faded. It used to be and still probably likes to be a top notch hotel, luxurious and classy, but we thought that with the 1980s/90s interior decoration, relatively bare amenities and outdated room equipment (an expensive executive room with a 13" non- flatscreen tv, mini stereo with cassette deck and telephones from 20 years ago) it doesn't meet that standard. Not to mention that our toilet seat wasn't cleaned at all.. (We were upgraded after reporting this). Bottomline, if you get a nice 40 or 50% discounted rate, it is still decent value for money and a great location.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the heart of the city. Great shopping! The hotel has internal parking place, very convinient. The room is perfect, clean and quite modern, you feel like at home. A big panaramic window gives a special charm and atmosphere to the room (especially at sunset time:))). The hotel is really dog friendly. I recommend the hotel to all pet owners, no any problems. A the main advantage of the hotel is it's friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, dear Bilderberg Parkhotel team, we really enjoyed the staying.

Breakfast not included. The breakfast offered in the cafe was way overpriced. Maid did only half a job last few days of stay. Did not replace coffee cups, etc. The place is a little worn around the edges.

I liked the location of hotel and the staff was helpful.
