Food & beverage

A lovely breakfast, an extensive a la carte lunch, a tasteful ‘3-course culinary LISTERS dinner’ or just a cosy high-tea. Our employees will make sure that you can enjoy our restaurant at any time. And when the weather allows it our terrace is also lovely to enjoy a dinner. The kitchen is open from 9 am until 10 pm.

Room information

Every room is comfortable and has a very homely feel to it. Most of the rooms have a great view of the park or hotel garden, giving it a very relaxing atmosphere. They are all equipped with many extras such as a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities in the room, internet access, TV with DVD player and the possibility of using free DVDs from reception.

Area information

Eindhoven is famous as the home base of Philips and is the 5th largest city of the Netherlands.

There is always something to do for people who love culture, sports, night-life or shopping. The Parktheater and the high-tech campus are a stone's throw away from the hotel. Within 2 km you'll find the Van Abbe Museum, Frits Philips Music Centre and the covered shopping centres of the Heuvel Gallerie and the Piazza.

Alternatively, the Genneper Parken (1 km) is definitely worth a visit. Several cycling and hiking routes will lead you to the swimming paradise De Tongelreep (2 km), the Historical Open-air Museum of Eindhoven (1 km) and the indoor sports centre (3 km).

Travel information

By Air / Rail:
From Eindhoven Airport (40-50 minutes):
- Take the number 401 bus to Eindhoven Central Station.
- Take either number 7, 171, or 172 and get off at the 'Parktheater'.
- The hotel is located behind the theatre, opposite the 'Stadswandelpark'.

By Car:
From Amsterdam / Tilburg / Nijmegen:
- Before reaching the ring road, you will reach the Batadorp junction. Follow signs for the Maastricht (the A2 / E25).
- After a few kilometres, take the left lane at exit 30 towards Centrum / Strijp.
- Keep straight on until you reach a roundabout (with the Eveluon convention centre on your left).
- Take a right at this roundabout (towards Stratum) onto the Beukenlaan.
- Continue straight until you reach the next big roundabout (there are school buildings on both sides of the road). Go straight across (2nd exit).
- Continue straight, and after passing the park you will reach 2 sets of traffic lights (with a Shell petrol station on your right-hand side). Take a left at the 2nd set.
- Follow the shopping street (with the bus lane in the middle) until it bends right slightly. Here you take a left.
- At the next traffic lights (the Parktheater is on your left) you take a left.
- After you’ve passed the theatre take a left at the 1st street (Alberdingk Thijmlaan).
- After a few hundred metres Hotel Parkzicht will appear on your right. Take the 1st right to reach the car park.

From Venlo / Maastricht:
- At the Leenderheide junction follow signs for Hertogenbosch / Antwerpen.
- Take the next exit to Waalre.
- At the traffic lights at the bottom of the exit (you will see the Hotel Van Der Valk in front of you), take a right.
- Continue straight, following the Aalsterweg.
- You will reach a junction with traffic lights (a Shell petrol station on your right), keep going straight on.
- Follow the remaining directions from the appropriate point outlined above.

From Belgium:
- Follow the road towards Eindhoven.
- At the 1st junction (De Hogt - there’s a hospital on your left) go straight on.
- After the road on your right merges, it will be a little over 1 km to the Waalre exit, which you will need to take.
- At the traffic lights take a left and go underneath the bridge (you will see the Van Der Valk Hotel on your left).
·Keep going straight on, following the Aalsterweg, and follow the remaining directions from the appropriate point outlined above.
