Easy to reach, homy feeling, friendly staff, last minute availability of rooms. For me the matrasses on the beds are too soft, the blanket smelled, and i would be even more happy if the hotel would offer yoghurt and muesli at breakfast. |

This is my 6th or 7th visit to this hotel and yet again was very pleased. Its fairly basic, but excellent value for money and my stay is always without problem. I would highly recommend to anyone. |

The staff were verry friendly and the room was not bad. The beds were all right. I did not appreciate the fact that they didn't clean the room on the Sunday and just piled the fresh towels outside the door without removing the old ones. |

Friendly hotel staff, free wireless internet, location not too far from the station. This hotel is primarily meant for budget and convenience rather than for leisure purpose.. the hotel house is filled with smoke smell; blanket in the room is not very clean, shower/toilet is without door to separate it from the room. |

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I loved the intimate atmosphere of the breakfast in the traditionally decorated kitchen. |

Friendly staff, good free internet, good location (close to centrum) The hash speech was not really applicable, hotel not really renovated for long time. Right behind main rails of Arnhem with loudness all 24/7. |

Clean & Comfortable. Breakfast basic but fine. Convenient for town centre. Satisfactory all round for a 2* hotel. Not much space for storing your clothes. |

the town, the hotel was rubish The trains next door, the windows that would not shut, the creaky beds, the wardrobe that made you think it was falling over, the green screen telly, the breakfast etc etc etc. |

2nd time here now ideal Location, Friendly, Very Helpful Staff, ideal for a weeekend break, rooms are clean Paint work could do with a touch up in some places, looking a bit tired, you get what you pay for. still exelent value, remember this is a family house style of hotel so expect some basics, would recomend to others. |

I thought the staff was very personable, friendly, flexible, and helpful. I was treated more like a guest than a customer. There were a few small things that were absent ( a clock ) or did not work ( some overhead lights ). |

I liked the location. I also liked that the staff was helpful and tried to help us to a better room than the one we actually booked. The breakfast was ok. Where was the park you could expect from the name of the hotel? We were offered an extra room and because of this we could accept the very dusty floor. |

The hotel is centrally situated and had parking facilities. The room was basic but it provided a good Dutch breakfast. |

we only stayed in the hotel to get are head down we took a cheap room cant complane about anything really,i would not take the room if my wife was going, because we were expara's and wanted to go round the ww2 sites it was ok for are perpose we are going back july or August this year and back to this hotel. yes boiled egg every morning is a bit much, how many ways is there to make an egg? maybe this is just me but a pouched, fryed or scranbled egg would make it a lot better, its a case of just having the same thing every day.other than that it did the job. |

The hotel is close to the center, breakfast was OK The recepcionist was smoking in the lounge area when this hotel is announced as a non smoking hotel, the rooms were smoke free but the smoke odour was very noticable in the entrance area. |

It is very close to the central station of Arnhem - 15 minutes walking distance. The room was extremely small! 8sqm including the toilet! Conceived in a very rough way:the toilet in the same room of the bed. Like in prison... |
