Location nice and modern design of a very little room Personnel staff : absent or very arrogant no room service during one day of our 4-days stay. moisture marks on the wall and water leak under the window... very expansive breakfast at the brasserie (no good value for money)

A very good location. Close to the most important places in Amsterdam, although it's close; is a quiet. The staff is'nt very friendly, and most of the time there was no receptionist. The rooms are nice, but there is a problem with the maintenance. The door could'nt close properly, and only 2 of the 4 lights in the room where working.

the location was good for us based on what we wanted to do. we had stayed in other parts of the city before. the hotel is bare bones so I felt that we truly overpaid for what we got - which was just a room.

This is a small boutique hotel that is focused on design and to my taste they have done a good job. High celings, comfortable beds, average size rooms and the bathroom was small, clean and luxurious, with only a shower, not a bath. The location was in the most expensive street in Amsterdam, and 10 minute walk from the city centre. The receptionist was helpful. The room had a lot of modern cons that did not work that well and sometimes drove you to frustration, for example, the lights took a long time to workout how to switch them on or off, the room door did not open that easily and when I went to hang my coat on the wardrobe the hanging bar collapsed in front of my eyes. The window would not stay open. What frustrated me most was car parking. The hotel does not have a car park on site and parking on the streets need a special ticket which I could not get hold off. I left the car keys in reception who arranged for the car to be picked up to driven off to a garage far away from the hotel. That meant that I had to pre-arrange a date and time for the car’s return and that I could not use my car during my stay I guess in Amsterdam this is not much of a problem. Reception advised me that the parking costs 13 Euros / day, however when my car was returned the parking assistant charged me 30 Euros for one day. This is a rip off ..! I would not recommednd this hotel to guest who require parking.

Great Location, very stylish and clean and comfortable. For the price should really serve breakfast, at the downstairs trendy cafe. Even a croissant and coffee would suffice. Nonetheless, a good hotel in a great location. Right near Van Gogh and Rich Museum. No breakfast, despite being linked to a cafe downstairs.

. inrichting en comfort kamers (prachtig design) . badkamer is ingenieus ingericht . ligging . heel goede bedden! . sommige kamers zeer slecht verwarmd (koudegolf begin febr.2012) . beter zou zijn: arrangement ontbijt inbegrepen in bijhorende bistrot .

Kamer was heel goed schoon.
