Small but clean room, well designed, comfortable bed, nice location

No internet connection in a room on 2nd floor, there's nobody at reception during most of the day, poorly prepared room (lack of light bulb in a lamp, closed safe etc.)

the room was lovely and quirky

heating in the room was to high + couldnt turn down

Situated close to Museumplein, it's easy access to all the great museums. It is located within the shopping district as well. The rooms are a modern concept, cleverly designed. There is also a restaurant downstairs that serve breakfast and lunch. The area is safe, so if you do rent a bicycle, safe to keep it there. Also, direct bus which is under 20mins ride to airport! Overall, nice little hotel.

It is a small apartment concept, so expect narrow corridors and small lifts (only fits 2). Noticed that they do not clean the rooms properly if you have a long stay. Floors not swept though there are crumbs, complimentary water bottles not there on third day onwards, and other upkeeping of place not done. It's a small boutique hotel and if they can improve on the upkeeping, would definately be a great place

I like the location of the hotel. Very convenient. The staffs are friendly and great.

The reception is never there most of the time, I think they're lack of staffs.

There was never someone on the reception, even if you called from the room, the phone was redirected to another brother hotel, from where of course the people couldn't help. Not informed beforehand that the parking near the hotel is extremely expensive for a day and more. I paid for 1day and 6hours 80euro!!!!!!! The hotel brasserie is very expensive. 8Euros for one liter of water?!

Location was brilliant as in the heart of the designer shops and a short walk to the main square of Amsterdam.

Great Location, very stylish and clean and comfortable. For the price should really serve breakfast, at the downstairs trendy cafe. Even a croissant and coffee would suffice. Nonetheless, a good hotel in a great location. Right near Van Gogh and Rich Museum.

Ligging

Er was nooit iemand aan de balie.Kamer heel warm en airco werkte niet.

Het ontvangst is via het restaurant, vandaar uit stuurt men je naar de zij ingang en ga je met de lift naar de eerste verdieping naar de receptie. Vriendelijk welkom waarbij wel direct verzocht wordt om de kamer te betalen. Er zijn 4 etages waarvan wij op de bovenste verdieping een erg gezellige zolder kamer kregen. Helemaal super. Wij zijn erg positief over de locatie en prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Een echte aanrader.

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro e vicinissimo alla vivace piazza di Leidsplan.

Colazione non compresa, staff della reception presente solo dopo le 15.00. Camere non insonorizzate, si sentivano le persone delle stanze accanto chiaccherare.

Enkel de ligging!

Design douche is proper maar de voegen van de steentjes waren echt smerig. Bij aankomst om 16.00pm half uur moeten wachten op kamer. In de morgen , rond 9u30 am geen personeel te bespeuren.

отель при ресторане, в номерах пахнет едой, звукоизоляции нет никакой, в номере редкостный дубак, а мы были в мае, ресепшен как таковой отсутствует, фактически тебе сдают квартиру, а не номер в отеле.

L'emplacement est idéal pour le shopping, l'hôtel est situer en plein milieu de la meilleur rue de shopping à Amsterdam.

La réception n'est paS 24/24 ce qui est dommage, après mon Check in je me suis pointer à la réception 2 fois et non la même journée et le résultat était le même, il ny avait personne à la réception, le problème est que puisque lhotel n'a que 12 chambre le personnel est très polyvalent, cet à dire que le réceptionniste à plus leur tâche comme d'aller aussi faire le service au restaurant du bas donc c'est pour ça que la plupart du temps il n'y a personne au bureau de réception ce Ui est dommage, le management devrait faire Quelque chose à cet égard par example mettre une sonnette à la réception pour aviser le personnel qu'il y a un client qui attend à la réception. Par example... à part ça l'hôtel est bien.
