The position, 10 min. walking from the central station, near to a very good tapas restaurant. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is classified as a 4 stars but honestly should be 2 1/2. Maybe it was a 4 stars in the 80's. It could be renovated a bit. |

The room was big enough good furnished, nice and quiet. The coffeemachine was fine. Beds wonderful. Breakfast OK. The garage was very narrow and it was impossible to drive out (big car) without damaging the car at the bottom because of the steep hill while driving out. The bathroom was very small. The warm water was dangerously warm and there was no protection for that (thermotap). |

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very small and very old. You really cannot spend anytime in your room other than necessasry. The beds are barely 'single' beds.. if you are a tall person you will just about fit on it! if you get a room at the back side (like I did) the only view are the pipes. The hotel is not in the centre, and there is not much around it.. besides a few cafes. |

Unfortunatelly,the first room booked for me was too small..After I asked this matter to the reception they made a favor and gave double room but ,room was used and not cleaned ..Third trial..at least a clean room..I thing management is too weak.İn the breakfast..they have all kinds of tea but no black tea..When I asked for it,the waitress said just "no"as if asked for a "swordfish". No mınıbars in the rooms.. |

Location is good with respect to transportation means (Trains, tram, taxis) in addition to the shopping area. Hotel offers very nice breakfast with wide selection of food. Hotel staff was trying to give us standard room instead of superior rooms as per our reservations. It happened to me and I was conscious enough to ask them for the proper room. Again they repeat it with my friend and again I was conscious enough to notify him to change his room. During our stay, the weather was so cold, air conditioning was blowing cold air only and the hotel staff advised that we are already in Summer season and the A/C cannot provide warm air!!!!. |

We enjoyed the location of your hotel as it was close to the train station and it was a nice smaller sized, simple hotel. It was close to where our daughter lived and worked and to all the main sights we wanted to see in Rotterdam. We had some problems with having the staff help us rearrange a hotel reservation with one of your Brussels hotels. I think the internet was not working well so messages were not getting through properly. In the end all worked out well. |

I booked standard double room plus extra bed and my friends family booked triple room plus extra bed, these booking is completely separate. OK, booking was confirmed, but one staff put our name into triple room and my friend's name into double room, means we were charged more! Unbelievably, she charged both from my cards!! I insisted to pay separately but she got panic and she seemed she didn't know what she was doing!!! OK, eventually payment was completed, but no extra bed in my friend's room!!!! OK, they put a bed into their room, no problem other than horrible restaurant in the centre of Rotterdam!!!!! continue... Next day, we checked out but another staff said it was uncertain whether we had paid or not and she cancelled my payment!!!!!!(I paied both room, so the payment completed!!). AND, AGAIN she charged the same amount of money from my card.....Unbelievable.....OK, they made extra bed free of charge and breakfast free as well, but..... |

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the Main city center. The breakfast was really good. It was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. |

location so close to central station, public transport on your door, room very spaciousand well equipped, room price included breakfast and tea and coffee facilities. Eating out was very reasonable and lots of choices. The only thing we could comment about was: when we were served white wine in the bar, it was warm white wine. |

Very good breakfast, staff is welcoming and helpful, excellent location near Rotterdam Centraal. The triple room we were staying in was a bit worn and overlooked the noisy street and a tram line - for those seeking more comfort in terms of noise - request a room with the inner view - actually, those are more comfortable and newer. |
