Our twin room was extremely spacious, especially after coming from Amsterdam where everything is quite cramped. The lady on reception was welcoming and friendly. There is a nice little bar area just off reception. I didn't think the breakfast choices were particularly exciting

The location is fantastic and the staff are great. They really contributed to the enjoyment of my trip. The room was great value for the money, convenient to both transportation and shopping/nightlife. only 2 minor dings, one being difficulty in laying out a large suitcase (this is normal in Europe) and the fit and finish of the bathroom was a bit worn. But there was plenty of hot water so I was happy :)

We wanted to be walking distance to the train station and it was convenient. Short walking distance to areas with restaurants, bars and shopping. It wasn't what I would classify as a 3 star hotel - more a 2 star - but it was adequate. Rooms were sparse but clean and breakfast was very good - lots of choices. We even saw one man fill up his rucksack with enough food to last him several days! I wouls stay there again if only for a short time because of convenience to the train station.

Comfortable cosy room and a reasonable price. 10 mins walking distance from Rotterdam Centraal station and just a hop away from Tram 25. Also liked the concept in Holland hotels of giving us the option of re-using towels rather than having them washed every day; a small touch of going green! Also they did not replace soaps, bath gels, shampoos if there was still left. That was ok with me though. Overall a pleasant experience! Breakfast can be improved; there were less options; how about the famous Holland pancakes! Also, there are so many varieties of jams available there but I found just 1 or 2 at the breakfast bar. Also, the room needs to be cleaned better; toilets were not that clean. You can also hear people talk in their rooms when you are outside their rooms!!

The location is very convenient for Rotterdam Central Station and quite convenient for the city centre. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Free Wifi was a definite plus. This hotel is certainly good value for money. The staff sometimes neglected to clean & tidy the bathroom properly. It would have been nice to have some high-fibre cereals at breakfast and fresh fruit salad instead of tinned. Or a selection of fresh fruit at the otherwise well-stocked buffet.

The room was ready before the indicated time, the receptionists were very informative and friendly, the breakfast is normal, the bar provides good service. The stuff cleaning rooms was not doing well - they didn't change the towels after the first night and they didn't lock the door of our room after the cleaning in the second day. As well when we entered the room first time after it was said that it was ready the safe box was not unlocked to be used. It was raining during our stay and the noise from the street came through the ventilation system.

Easy walk from the station. Tram stop over the road. Good breakfast and quiet room. Shower and hair dryer good.

Firstly booking.com gave an impression that the rate was a special offer and discounted. And I was made to believe its a 4 * hotel. after reaching hotel looked horrible from outside I was given a room which was horrible smell lights not working. (don't know how this got a 4*) then I was moved to other side of the hotel which was OK but still not 4* it looks like there are 2 hotels hotel Rotterdam, Crown hotel or may be with a different name. some parts have horrible rooms. check before you go in.

The location was excellent, very central. Staff at reception friendly and helpful. There was no fridge in the room (that is not a 4* hotel for me) and when we came down for breakfast on Sunday, there were no more bread rolls. We were quite disappointed.

Very good position! Ten minutes walking to the city center and to the central train station. If you just need a place where to sleep and you get a good then it's ok! But don't think you are going to a luxory four stars hotel! Definitely not a four stars hotel. The room was not very clean. We couldn't use the kettle bacause it was covered of dust!
