Location is in the hard of the middle of the centre. Put differently: its central. Second point: rooms are spacious, and clean. It has a bit amaturistic look and feel to it, put that is not a negative and can also be expected from a small scale hotel. The owner actually is the owner of the downstairs shop, and rent outs these rooms as a side business. There is no night reception, but you can pickup the key in the excellent bar next door. You should not mind shared bathrooms.

The location is very good. It is right at the city center and close to all the major attractions. There is internet connection availalble for free. There is a shared living room and a kitchen. Utensils are available. There is also a balcony. The room is reasonably clean. We found out on our arrival that the hotel is not accessible by car in certain hours during the day. In fact, the suggested parking area is quite far from the hotel and walking from the hotel to the parking area takes 20mins. Nearest parking garage is very expensive and cost 23euros per day. There is no service at all from the hotel and no staff to help. No shower gel and shampoo. No hair dryer. No map available. We were adviced to go to the tourist office to buy the map. Overall speaking, the advitised information is quite misleading and I am very disappointed of the service provided and will not stay there again.

The guest house is located in the heart of Maastricht and is very convenient. My room was on the second floor, very quiet and clean, and it had free wifi. I shared a bath and shower with the other two rooms on the floor. It was fine for me but there are lots of stairs. This may be limiting for some people. Also, for the price (65 euros week, 75 euros weekend) it would be nice if it included breakfast.

De ligging in het centrum - badkamer en wc op de gang, gedeeld met andere gasten: is niet meer van deze tijd. Toch niet prettig om je 'buurman' in zijn onderbroek op de gang tegen te komen. - badkamer en wc waren ook een beetje verouderd. (Wel schoon.) - Prijs/kwaliteit stond om die reden niet echt in verhouding.

De kamers zagen er netjes uit. Ik vond het jammer dat er geen badkamer bij de kamer zat. Ik heb dit niet uit de advertentie kunnen halen. Verder is er geen receptie en geen persoonlijk contact. We konden onze tassen op de laatste dag na uitchecken (sleutel in slot laten en gewoon weggaan) nergens kwijt. We gingen nog een dag door maastricht lopen en wilde 's avonds pas naar huis maar was lastig met onze tassen.

De vriendelijkheid van de gastheer. Bedcomfort. Locatie. Geen toilet/douche op de kamer. De kamer is erg groot en heeft een zakelijke uitstraling.

Locatie midden in winkelgebried was gehorig als je het raam opendoet aan de straatkant, want de hele nacht door is er wat geluid. toilet en bad niet op de kamer... is niet plezierig.

De locatie 't Was alleen een kamertje met een bed en een televisie. Douche en toilet op de gang en delen met anderen. Absoluut níet in verhouding tot de prijs!
