We took a family room for two adults, two children and a baby- it was on the ground floor, and had a lovely little terrace with a table outside. It was comfortable, and not too cramped, as family rooms can be. The children liked the big flat-screen telly. And in-room tea/coffee making facilities in a European hotel was very welcome. Very good range of contenental breakfast available.

Staying in this hotel was a wonderful experience including the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean and even had a terrace. Moreover the hotel is located in walking distance to the city center. We were pleased about the free parking on the other side of the street. The tv is a bit on the small side and could have been a bit bigger or being a bit lower down. Apart from that, everything perfectly fine.

Very good position close in relation to my needs (close to Europol, opcw, world forum). 10 min walking from Statenkwartier, 10-15 min bycicling to the center and 20 min bycicle to Scheveningen. Breakfast is good for quantity, quality and variety. Staff very friendly and polite.

The staff were wonderful!!! The breakfast was more than adequate. The room was nice and met all of our needs. My only complaint was that the walls were a bit thin, so sounds from the hall were easily heard and could be somewhat disturbing. We were so tired by the time we got to the room though, it didn't make much of a difference. All in all a two-thumbs- up experience!

One of my friends had a really nice room with a great bathroom and a sauna inside it. That was really cool. My room was a bit smaller and a bit outdated, but it was big enough for 1 person. The bathroom seemed to have been renovated recently. When I arrived there was an old man in reception which was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Instead of giving me the keys into my hand he threw them to my chest as if we were mates, but I found that behavior very unprofessional. On the other hand the girls working there were really nice and helpful, no complains about them at all.

I liked my room. I was on the yellow room on the top floor with wooden panels very nice. Nice shower, flat screen tv, nice view. I also liked the breakfast. I liked the mini Dutch pancakes and the variety of food to choose from. Friendly stuff. Noise it is very noisy on a busy main road and it's a well kept but old building so you can clearly hear other people from other rooms and shutting of doors.

Beautifully maintained property dating back to 1895. Historical location near the scenic embassy quarter. When bringing a car, the hotel is easily accessible and free street-side parking is available nearby. Wifi was not accessible on top floor - cable was provided for computer however could not access wifi for iphone. No hotel staff on site from late night until 7 am - what about safety in case of an emergency? Small on-site paid parking good for 2 cars was occasionally overbooked and the door closed early at night. Good breakfast but no eggs on order, no bread tongs, and espresso charged additionally.

Close to the city. Breakfast was very good Room 1 where we stayed has an open roof which makes sleeping on the extra bed very difficult as soon as it is daylight. Also the extra bed was made from chair and was very uncomfortable.
