La atención personalizada, su ubicación respecto de las tareas que debía realizar en Den Haag, la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal. Fácil acceso. Tiene deficiencias en cuanto a las conexiones a Internet desde las habitaciones. Tal vez fue un problema puntual porque está en etapa de reparaciones. Seguramente cuando termine la remodelación este tema será superado. |

Nice district, very kindly staff, everything you need for a short-term stay. Not too close to the center, but if you are with car (as we were) it's O. K. The street is a little bit noisy in the morning. |

Free wired and wireless internet, very good breakfast In the breakfast, croissant can be included and the curtains in the room and bath room should be changed to something more opaque. There was light coming into my room. |

Staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was on the street with busy traffic whizzing by. No air conditioning either!!! No fans offered, which would deown out street noice and cool the air! |

Large bedroom and quietness of the hotel.The lady who welcomed us when we checked in was very nice and polite. The waitress who served coffee and tea was clearly not dedicated to her customers. My wife had to wait 10 minutes before the waitress showed up at our table. |

Beautiful little porch, good breakfast. No wi-fi internet throughout as posted, had to go to the main area and when asked about it they made us pay for a cord for the suite that did not even work. |
