The rooms were beautifully designed with a real feel of luxury.The reception staff were efficient and very accomadating. The hotel had a very relaxed feel ab out it. No real bar to speak of, drinks can be ordered from the lounge though so it didnt create anuy problems. |

Location - next to the old town of Zwolle, and walking distance from my Dutch Branch office. The air conditioning did not work and it was really very hot. |

The beds that they believe to be so comfortable are awful, it is a mattress on top of another mattress and they slide off during the night. The hotel boasts its cooling system (you cannot open the windows) but we were roasting both nights which basically meant next to no sleep. We booked a double room but just got a twin with the beds pushed together. The staff at breakfast were most unhelpful. The biggest insult was having to pay 10 Euros per night to park a motorcycle, especially as out of consideration we hadn't parked in a car bay. The 10 Euro charge was not mentioned untill check out so we were unaware and would have parked off site had we known. |

Rooms and staff were excellent. The location near the station is a big plus for those traveling by train. We were disappointed in the dining room service. Food was good but the delays between courses sometimes seemed excessive. |

The desk-personell was very frendly. The hotel was closely situated to the town-centre. Poor breakfast. The room was very hot and it was not possible to open any windows. At night the airco was blowing over the bed so that was not comfortable. |

good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice and helpful staff room are soundproofed but the roomdoors are not! so if there are people talking on the corridor you can literally hear them, and vice versa! so remember this when you want to have private phonecalls. |

Professioneel personeel, schone kamers en prima ambiance. Lokatie vanaf de snelweg is makkelijk te vinden. Parkeren is goed geregeld voor een E10,- per nacht Kosten van parkeren werden niet van tevoren overlegd. Er wordt gevraagd bij uitchecken of je wil doneren aan een onbekend goed doel. Beetje ongepast als dat uit de mond van een balie-medewerkster komt. Gaat ze soms ook op straat staan collecteren? |

Zeer comfortabel hotel. Heerlijke bedden, fijne badkamer en lekker ontbijt. Het hotel is goed bereikbaar per auto en per trein en het historisch centrum van Zwolle is op loopafstand. Voor deze prijs zou het ontbijt inclusief moeten zijn. |
