1. Su personal de recepción. Todos amabilísimos y profesionales. 2. La cama: excepcional. La mejor cama de hotel que he tenido nunca. 3. La terraza exterior a la puerta del hotel debajo del plátano. 4.El desayuno. 5.El parquing para el coche gratis. El baño no está. a mi entender, a la altura del resto del hotel. Me ha resultado incómodo. No tiene ni una estantería para dejar las gafas cuando te lavas. Es muy pequeño, pero dentro de su estrechez podrían pensar un poco en las necesidades mínimas para asearse. |

Breakfast was good, the reception room was beautiful and confortable. Delft is a quiet and lovely place. The bathroom was too small. |

We liked the location, staff were friendly.We liked the moveable beds. We absolutely detested the decor.What a shame to have those tasteless murals everywhere.The hotel would have been so beautiful without them.On that basis we would not come back to the plataan. |

The hotel has alot of individual character and is central. Also liked the area downstairs that was a bar/lounge/breakfast area. Very nice as can be social for drinking and meeting members of our party. The room I stayed in was a strange layout. You enter the room through the bathroom and the shower cubicle would flood the floor of the bathroom everytime I had a shower. No tea/coffee making facilities and room could be cold as couldn't turn heating on. Breakfast could be variable at times but staff helpful and friendly so this was a plus. |
