Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good however and on the wall of my room there was an electrical socket hanging off. Good location as there is a metro station very close.Overall perfect for a one day stopover on a budget.

Hotel is situated in a very nice district. Staff was friendly and provided us with all the necessary details a tourist might need. Generally, a good hotel to stay regarding the price/service. Problems with coffee machine :)

the price, offer because we booked late and stayed in the weekend breakfast was ok though fresh rolls would be a good idea. we booked 3 rooms, 2 of them were vere very small as were the bathrooms

Uitstekend hotel. Gastvriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer met goed werkende douche en dat alles voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Wij komen er zeker terug als we weer in Rotterdam zijn.

Prima hotel voor de zakelijke reiziger of citytrip. Verwacht geen luxe, maar alles is goed geregeld en vriendelijk personeel. Onbijt sober, maar goed en voldoende. Helaas geen barretje of een zitje om wat te drinken. Direct naast delfshaven en vlakbij euromast (heel leuk) Kortom voor de 2e keer geweest en weer was het goed

все отлично, с удовольствием воспользуемся еще раз при следующей поездке. уютный номер, приятный персонал, вкусные завтраки, ежедневная уборка. мелкие неполадки в ванной комнате. не помешала бы более частая смена полотенец (за три дня пребывания в гостинице полотенца не менялись)

Een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en vriendelijk personeel. De internetsite kan nog iets informatiever, dit heb ik ook al even aangegeven. Bv incheck tijd en waar kun je parkeren in de directe omgeving mist nog. Dit kan gemakkelijk worden verbeterd.

De wekdienst werkte niet naar behoren: gevraagd om om 7u45 gewekt te worden en het telefoontje kwam om 8u10... De ontbijtservice op de dag van de Marathon was gewoon niet bestaande: geen brood/broodjes, geen koffie, geen serviesgoed. Alles werd blijkbaar op dat moment nog afgebakken en afgewassen en met mondjesmaat binnengebracht. Nochtans was de ontbijtservice toen nog maar net 15 minuten bezig. Voor de koffie is bv. geen thermos voorzien, wat dus maximum 12 kopjes betekent en dan weer 10 minuten helemaal niets... De dag erna waren de broodjes veel te hard gebakken. Minder belangrijk, maar toch: er was geen plattegrond van de stad te krijgen en er was geen computer beschikbaar om even de e-mails te checken.
