“ Very good hotel, we've booked 1 night for the lowest price and wanted to stay 1 more night there - despite it wasn't possible to get that low rate online - the staff was very friendly and we've got the second night with the same discount. Location is quite good, near the old town. ”

Good location for the Jaarbeurs halls. Nice staff on reception. Free Wi Fi is good. Breakfast at 19.95 euros is far too expensive.

We always book the park plaza when staying in Utrecht, it's comfortable, in the best location for the train station and the walk into Utrecht centre is only 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The only downside to it this time is that we stayed in a standard room which had a funny smell in the bathroom in the morning which wasn't pleasant, but once the shower had been on this went away.

Great Central location, a short walk from the central bus and train station. easy to get to the old town restaurants and bars. Clean well appointed rooms with free wifi. Helpful staff Price can be high (it varies)

Location near the rail station is good (if arriving by train of course). Dismal value for money. The upgraded rooms are ok but the rest are poor. Be prepared to be fleeced! Water €6:75 for 1l in the room. Free Wi-fi? Erm.... Only for browsing. If you are on business you will have to pay to have a satisfactory connection. Parking €18/ day. Overpriced, over- rated. Living on past glories. Needs a makeover.

Good location, only a few minutes walk from city centre and right next to Utrecht Centraal railway station. Free internet access. Friendly staff at check in, gave us map and guide of Utrecht.

I have not stayed at the hotel for perhaps 5-6 years and was very pleased with both the room and the excellent breakfast (great selection and quality). Unfortunately, I have a CPAP machine for Sleep Apnoea and there was no electrical socket near the bed so I had to sleep the wrong way on the bed.

Location was great so close to train station. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgable. Wifi worked well would stay again! Breakfast not affordable stayed only for weekend minor issue
