This was our 2nd visit to Park Plaza, Utrecht. Its location and facilities are ideal for our needs & purposes (early Xmas shopping, visiting Eurospoor). I found no mention online that the restaurant is open only Mon - Fri and closed at weekends. Rather disappointing ... the Hotel Brasserie provided an excellent meal/service, but not quite up to the same standard of service & comfort as the restaurant. |

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The lady behind the bar was extremely helpful when I asked her about the location she went off and got a map and explained the route I needed to take to get to where I needed to go. This Hotel is ideally situated for the town and the exhibition centre and railway line - no need for taxis or transport to any of these places. Will definately stay here again. Nice touch with the ear plugs I assume they were because of the train station behind - but you don't hear the trains, the double glazing is good. Tea and coffee facilities were plentiful but there wasn't enough milk supplied - just a little gripe - excellent otherwise. |

The room was noisy looking at the train station at the back side of the hotel. |

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed (excellent), bathroom, silence, equipment/furniture room 1 I felt oppressed in the room, particularly because of a lack of fresh air; windows can't be opened 2: When I arrived, I smelt the kitchen (fish, steamy and warm) at the reception |

Friendly Staff who would welcome us back after a day out. Also, convenience to train station, bike rental and shopping. Although centrally located noise was not a factor at all. |

I think the only positive point of this hotel is to be close to the historical center (even though you have to go through a tunnel - because of railways - to reach it) and the train station. Breakfast was fine but the staff was a bit aggressive. I think this hotel is at best a 3 stars. The equipment is rather poor and too conventional and on the old side. Our shower was broken and we are pretty sure is was not from the day before. Stains on the carpets were welcoming us as well. I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic trip, at best for a transit or for business. |

Location adn transparent elevator Porno channels which has to be canceled, otherwise payed. Very dishonest way of taking away money from people. The option of porno channels has to be required and not offered in advance. |

The breakfast is decent !! Nice I booked the city package room which included free bottle of wine and city tours tickets and discounts. There was none at the room. When asking the receptionist they said I am sorry and I will give your phone calls as a gratuity. The bed is awfull !!! unconfotable!! Internet is too expensive. Not a 4 stars hotel!! For sure!!! |
