Dirty ugly and old rooms. I have stayed in hostels that were better this one. Should be ranked 2-3 stars, and not 4. |

Huge bed, and delicious breackfast. Very close to the train station ( but not in a bad way) only 30min from Amsterdam. And a nice 3min walk to the center on Utrecht. |

Friendly staff, proximity to central station, decent room size and enough space in the bathroom. 1. No real shower curtain only a (too small) glass plate - how is one supposed to take a shower without making the bathroom floor wet??? 2. Window in room is too small so the room is not as bright as it should be. We checked out another room as well but they are all the same. Shame that they sacrificed a lot of light for the sake of some not-too-creative outside architecture. |

Great location and comfortable rooms Cost of the breakfast. The fitness room is small with no air-condition. It's located in the conference room floor. |

Room was nice, staff was pleasant. Breakfast was not included, but we weren't told that. Plus it was 20Euros! Also parking was not free, 17Euros, and Internet was 22Euros/Day. This added up quick for a one night stay! |

Good business-hotel, easy to reach by train. Although next to the train station, I experienced no disturbance (noise) of the trains passing. |

Good location, efficient staff, pleasant room, excellent bathroom (but take care you don't slip in the walk-in shower). Good coffee making facilities. Very convenient for train and bus stations and for town centre. The management contacted me immediately after my stay to remark on my comments, much to their credit Airconditioning was inadequate; no fresh air or ventilation in the bedroom. Thought it was quite expensive for what it was, but there was an international football match that weekend in Amsterdam, so maybe that made a difference.Don't let that put you off using the hotel |

Hotel was modern, clean, friendly & helpful staff, fair value. Utrecht city centre very interesting and beautiful, and lovely weather during our stay was a real bonus. It was not that far to walk into old centre of Utrecht, but roadworks and building work between hotel and town centre make it (at present) not that easy or pleasant (unless you go via the shopping centre incorporated into the railway station - which we only discovered when walking back to the hotel. |

Very convenient for Utrecht City centre and Central station Breakfast is extortionate and really should be included in the price and noise if your room is facing the station, very annoying, |

Location very good , room very good, staff very helpful. Breakfast very expensive , so didnt bother with it , likewise room mini bar etc. Hotel is basically priced at business visitors who put everything on expenses and dont care about rip off prices. Room though was good value itself, it was the add ons that were dear. |
