El precio y la ubicación.

Me hicieron pagar el ultimo dia un importe por tasa de la ciudad y tambien me cargaron en el banco un concepto mas elevado que el propio coste de la reserva. No me contestaron el que correo que les envie cuando llegue a casa y observe este cargo, asi que inmediatamente lo cancele.

Desayuno y habitación amplia

La habitación en conjunto está bastante bien y el hotel está bien siutado en cuanto a comunicaciones, cercanía tanto a la parte antigua de Utrecht como a la nueva y el servicio es bueno.

El principal problema que veo, es que una de las dos fachadas del hotel, da justo a la estación central de trenes de Utrecht, y hay un ruido, más o menos soportable, pero continuo de entradas y salidas de trenes. Se debería mejorar de alguna manera el aislamiento de todas las habitaciones de esa fachada. Y, en otro orden de cosas, el trato del personal en general es buena, pero en mi experiencia en particular, un empleado en concreto de recepción, hizo gala de bastante antipatía a la hora de facilitarnos la comunicación...(supongo que es la excepción que confirma la regla). El resto del personal, tanto de recepción, cafetería y servicio de habitaciones muy bien.

Breakfast is limited and poor value

I liked breakfast, location- close to jarbeurs, and restaurant menu - fine citchen and not expensive

I did'nt like sealed - impossible to open - windows, feels like you in the submarine, noise from the adjacent railroad, and automatic entrance door - wich weren't automatic at night and early morning... and nobody to open it for about ten minutes...

I paid for breakfast which was not very good at all. Internet 22 Euros not good at all.

This was our 2nd visit to Park Plaza, Utrecht. Its location and facilities are ideal for our needs & purposes (early Xmas shopping, visiting Eurospoor).

I found no mention online that the restaurant is open only Mon - Fri and closed at weekends. Rather disappointing ... the Hotel Brasserie provided an excellent meal/service, but not quite up to the same standard of service & comfort as the restaurant.

The staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The lady behind the bar was extremely helpful when I asked her about the location she went off and got a map and explained the route I needed to take to get to where I needed to go. This Hotel is ideally situated for the town and the exhibition centre and railway line - no need for taxis or transport to any of these places. Will definately stay here again. Nice touch with the ear plugs I assume they were because of the train station behind - but you don't hear the trains, the double glazing is good.

Tea and coffee facilities were plentiful but there wasn't enough milk supplied - just a little gripe - excellent otherwise.

I liked the fact that the staff was courteous and helpful, spoke perfect english and made my stay most enjoyable.

Nice hotel, exclusive room big enough

Internet is far to expensive - should be free = included in the room price
