Proximity to the town and their own car park

Breakfast at EUR 18.50 per person is expensive. A cheaper option for my usual 2 slices of toast with a cup of tea would be appreciated.

Location is good, next to train station and the exhibition centre.

The hotel describes itself as wanting to provide a personal and attentive touch. I experienced the contrary - insufficient staff was overwhelmed with volume of requests and thus could not give personal attention. A critical message was relayed to me with one day's delay. The hotel itself is impersonal and has no charm. The internet service is expensive and the breakfast spartan for the price.

The staff was so friendly. There was one young gentleman that worked each day we were there and he was so helpful when we asked him questions and seemed very happy to help. This was one hotel that our babycot was set up upon arrival.

Breakfast was really expensive, so we didn't eat there. It would be nice if breakfast was included in the rate and was a lot less expensive.

Very central location. Room very clean. Bathrrom very clean. Utrecht is great for night life.

Price on the high side. Breakfast price is exaggerated. Parking is also expensive.

Friendly staff. Happy to phone in a taxiservice for us. Provided an all round good, if not excellent service. Room was a good size, comfortable, clean, with excellent air conditioning.

I have stayed many times, and as usual what I like most is its location (close to the train station).

I find that this hotel has slightly decreased in quality over the years. It is still nice, but less so than before (fewer amenities in the room, slightly less clean, etc.). it used to be a great hotel, and it is now turning into more average.
