It was close to the city center, but the neighbourhood was quiet. It was clean and warm. The interior was very modern and nice. The apartment had big and spacious bathroom. Also it had all the rules and necessary information for our stay (how to use appliances, and where to go) described on paper in a notebook. It had perfect internet connection included in the price. Our host, the lady who welcomed us, was very kind and supportive (gave us map with every necessary information on it). The service in Prince Hendrik Suites office was very attentive and kind. As our hosts knew that we were four persons for four nights, they had to plan the toilet facilities more carefully and in respect of our number and the number of nights we were going to spend there. Also the apartment needed one more big mirror as there was only one - not big enough and in the bathroom. |

location to the hotel,facilities,apartment very nice charges for late check in not mentioned till after deposit made.we had kids in room above running up down very noisy.no instructions for oven to late to ring staff for instructions,double bed was twin beds pushed to gether kept sliding apart they need to fix together. |

It was close to the city.Very clean and neatly furnished. Parking is a big problem. Wireless access was not there for one day and then it came after lot of follow up. |

We just loved the view of the harbor and movement of folks on their bikes. It is well placed next to the station and trams worked very well for us. The linens were of great quality. It was clean (except the windows), bright, roomy and very comfortable. The "welcome" was a bit difficult, as there was no one there to meet us. We had the taxi driver call for us (at the number provided on the confirmation form) and we were let in, while waiting for Marika to come and get the final payment and security deposit. She was very helpful and kind however. One thing we would like to mention: the windows needed cleaning. As room n overlooks the harbor, it would have been nice not to have smudges.... (We have been renting two of our cottages out for 18 years now, so know what guests would like to have.) There was coffee and tea and sugar in the room which was nice, but a bit of salt, pepper and maybe a small bottle of oil would be a nice addition. We will return! |

That it was close to everything. That i ordered the party pack and changed it to the family pack but still got the party pack. When i explained i had changed it and got confirmation of the change no one was willing to give me what i ordered. |

We stayed at the 2 bedroom suite; we were 5 friends and we really appreciated Prince Hendrik Suites. We felt at home. Located in the centre of the city, great view to Nemo, easily accessible and totally new; I would definitely recommend it It was not compltely furnished yet; we missed a couple of mirrors, some stools; nothing important. |

Appartamento veramente spazioso e pulito,molto caratterisco,a 10 minuti di passeggio da piazza dam e da molte altre attrazioni!girando l'angolo troverete anche un supermarket dove fare spesa.appartamento fornito di microonde e lavastoviglie!ma se siete italiani e volete un caffe vero ricordate la MOKA!!!loro mettono in dotazione un macchinetta con cialde ma il loro caffè è simile ad acqua calda!!!!!!!riscaldamenti ok,sempre funzionanti e nonostante fuori si ghiacciasse dentro era sempre caldo!!!!!appartamento silenzioso!CONSIGLIATO!noi abbiamo soggiornato nell appartamento l per 6 persone!F. |

Es fehlte eine Waschmaschine und weitere Geräte. Zudem konnte der Wohnbereich nur durch Öffnen der Tür zur stark befahrenen Straße geöffnet werden. |

Los apartamentos, a pesar de que algunas fotos del booking no coinciden con la realidad, están muy bien. La mitad dan a una parte de atras, y los otros dan a la part más bonita, además de ser más amplios, tienen de todo y nuevos. Ideal para grupos de personas que quieran compartir unos dias familiares. Muy dificil ubicación pues no hay cartel ni nada parecido y como los encargados viven debajo, pues si no oyen la puerta pues das vueltas y vuelas. La hora de entrada no se respetó, llegaron a cobrar como media hora tarde (14:30), pero sí pretendian que salieramos a las 11:00 en punto... |

Wir sind mit mehreren Leuten in Amsterdam gewesen. Ein Appartement war dafür die beste Wahl. Die Prince Hendrik Suite hatte eine gute Lage am Rande der Innenstadt, also perfekt um Alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat tadellos geklappt. 30 Min vor Ankunft angerufen und ein Mitarbeiter hat uns erwartet. Das Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert, einfach Regeln befolgen und die Tür zuziehen. Ausstattung und Grösse würde ich jeder Zeit wieder einem Hotelzimmer vorziehen. Haben uns gefreut diese Suite im Netz gefunden zu haben. Leider gab es keine deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender und es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man vorher weiss, für wie viele Bewohner wieviele Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorrätig ist. Sonst gab es für uns keine negativen Erlebnisse dort. |

Personal muy amable y puntual, el diseno del lugar genial, cocina bien equipada. Habia polvo por todo el apartamento, el sofa cama incomodisimo para dormir, el ultimo dia antes de la hora del check-out entro sin pedir permiso una persona de mantenimiento preguntando a que hora nos hibamos, muy informal!!! |
