The room was not cleaned in one week and I have bug bites all over my body I would not let my dog stay in that (hotel)

This hotel really value. It,s very clean, breakfast is good, cheap internet avalaible. Staff very welcoming and informative. Good conection with city centre, easy to find.

Stairs are very sheer, also corridors are narrow.

They could have cleaned it once a day and given us new towels

The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist

The stairs, the very very small toilet and there was no cleaning of the rooms, which I expect when it is called a hotel and not a hostal

only the staffs

cleanliness, room, tiolet are very small, as mentioned on web site, it is not in the center(3 km. to Centraal Station)

The Location was the only nice thing.

As we arrived we were"welcomed"by an arrogant guy,who told us our English was poor and started to joke and humiliate us.To the room there is a very steep and narrow staircase which is completely unsuitable 4families,people with disability&large luggage.There'r 20 rooms in the hotel and3toilets disgusting.The room was dirty and smelly.It is more an hostel than a hotel, but the worse one!

nice service, frendly people breakfast incuded in price

no toilet in the room no big mirror very little space no hair-drier!!! it would be better and much more convenient if on the wall were clothes hooks
