First of all, there was not internet. I did booked this hotel also for this reason. The last day of my stay, 23/3, around 17:00 i've been waiting one of my friends to come and pick me up to get to the center. He was staying at City Garden hotel, very closed to mine, so i said to the receptionist to leave him come in my room and he told me that is not permitted. |

The hotel staff was really very friendly, rich breakfast, nice bar to have a drink in the evening, perfect location of the hotel in very quite area but so close to Leidsesquare! We just loved this hotel! We will book again! |

location was close to the city centre the rooms are incredibly small, the bathroom was a joke it was no more than a cupboard with a toilet and shower, and the smell from the drain was disgusting. The room was still dirty from the last occupants. The breakfast area is nowhere big enough for the ammount of guests staying, it was chaos with people standing to eat |

good location and garden view at the back my room had a hot water pipe running through it, so it was noisy and stuffy. The walls are thin so I could hear people in the next room. |

Breakfast was good, the garden is beautiful, the location is great, the staff polite and helpful The room was quite small, and a little worn out. For the hot water you had to wait 10 minutes to come, but then it was fine. The TV in the room was very small. |

Está bien situado, en una zona céntrica pero tranquila. Es un hotel modesto pero limpio, el desayuno y el jardín se agradecen. La camas son confortables. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ook stress bestendig en inventief (dekken zelfs op verzoek op de bar) tijdens zeer drukke ontbijt spits. Ontbijt zaal is nl niet berekend op aantal kamers. Locatie prima !! dicht bij centrum en Leidseplein. Vond familiekamer niet gelijkend aan foto's op de site >>> in werkelijkheid toch een stuk kleiner |

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό, ζεστό, σε ωραία τοποθεσία, αλλά με σχετικά μικρά δωμάτια. Γενικώς, το ξενοδοχείο για την κατηγορία του είναι πολύ καλό και δεν θα έπρεπε να αλλαχτεί τίποτα. |
