I'd read an unfavourable review of Prinsenhuis which couldn't have been more wrong! We found the Tea Leaf apartment to be clean and extremely well appointed, it's fairly close to the centre and has a lovely view over the Prinsengracht canal. Would definitely stay there again! The audio on the TV was a bit faulty. |

location was great, in the city center, close to everything, walking distances the sofa in the livingroom was very unconfortable and the linens porbably haven't been changed in a while |

Location is quite good, walking 5 minutes to tram station, and a supermarket is nearby the apartment. I have been cheated from the description of the facility because no air-conditioner is provided. It is many mosquitoes flying in the room because it has a dirty canal/waterway just outside the bathroom and sleeping room, and a spider hangs on the top of the window in the sitting room. The fan is old and its wire is too short to move the fan until we asked the staff to borrow an extended socket. The exhaust oil machine has a little force to exhaust oil, that make us cannot cook fried food. It is not worth to pay this expensive price (Euro 165 per night) to live this apartment. |

The location in a somewhat residential area meant less noise, although the canal was lively before dark. Breakfast provisions were slight. |

The location is excellent. The apartment size is big enough for us. The new manager was very accommodating and responsive. Nothing although if there is a dryer in addition to the washing machine, it will be very nice. |

It had a lot of amenities such as a washing machine, internet and a full kitchen There was a cooktop but no oven. There was a microwave but it did not seem to work well. |

The apartment was fully furnished, including kitchen, and had a wonderful view of the canal and a lovely terrace. It was for the most part spacious. The owner was extremely helpful and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The location was also great. There was very little closet space. Also, the stairs were narrow and very steep which is just probably due to being in Amsterdam. However, the owner carried our bags on the stairs so it was not a big problem. |

Very confortable apartment in a quiet part of Amsterdam, very convenient for the museums. We were met by Brick who was friendly and helpful and told us all we needed to know - after that we were left alone. There were both ethernet & wifi connections which worked with no fuss and the fridge was stocked with a few basics which was a nice touch. |

Prinsenhuis is simply a great apartment - perfect location, excellent decoration and layout, everything you could wish for in a self catering apartment The only downside is no fault of the hotel, but the appalling state of the £ makes staying here very expensive |

The Prinsenhuis is on a lovely canal, of which the front windows of at least two of the apartments have a delightful view. There are a couple of chairs in the foyer to use to sit on the canal to watch the world go by. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment could use a good professional cleaning. |

Prinsenhuis is very well situated in the city center. 15-20 min of walk to Dam Square (the main square in Amsterdam). However there is no noise in the living area of Prinsengracht. The Coral apartment is clean, cosy and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The hotel owner is very nice and willing to help. |

appartement très confortable, très agréable d' y séjourner ( clair, luxueux, spacieux). situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. le coin cuisine permet de faire des économies de restaurant. manque un balai pour faire un peu de ménage, ce qui est nécessaire quand vous restez plusieurs jours. |

Arredamento funzionale e di design. Ottime dotazioni per cucina e bagno. Bella vista sul canale.Centrale per visita della città a piedi. Non ha parcheggio e i parcheggi pubblici in zona sono costosi. |

la situación del apartamento. Muy cerca de las calles del centro, a la vez que en una zona residencial y tranquila,cerca del tranvía,cerca de supermercados. En general esta muy bien, quizas la poca atención del dueño, no estaba para recibir y explicarte los detalles solo lo vimos al final para pagar.Falta de menaje en la cocina,falta de toallas ,sabían que eramos cuatro y solo había para dos.Son detalles que como le dijimos al dueño tienen facíl solución prestando más atención a los clientes. |

situation proche tramway, belle vue sur un des canaux, propre, calme, design, spacieux, petite terrasse, propriétaire accueillant et parlant français; suite à une erreur de double réservation, le propriétaire c'est chargé d'une réservation d'une nuit dans un établissement similaire et proche et nous à upgradé pour les deux nuits suivantes au Prinsenhuis, proposé le taxi et tout çà pour le tarif... 2e étage sans ascenseur |

Leilighetens beliggenhet var utmerket, med nydelig utsikt over Prinsengracht (kanal). Verten var forekommende og lett tilgjengelig ved spørsmål/behov. Ikke noe nattebråk i området, og kort vei til mange lokale spisesteder og kafeer. Utfra at det ble reklamert med velfylt kjøleskap osv., var det skuffende lite (syltetøy, litt ost og en loff, samt to bokser mineralvann og to bokser øl og en flaske vin), dette til tre personer! Absolutt forbedringspotensiale her! Det var også snaut med en del servise og bestikk, f. eks. bare to kniver til tre personer. Sovesofaen i stua var svært ubehagelig å ligge på, klumpete madrass. |
