The location on the canal is superb, central to museums and all the tourist sights we came for. Great view of the canal, lots of fun to watch the boats cruising up and down. The manager is friendly and attentive. Having an apartment with a washing machine and kitchen is great.

The Tea Leaf apartment shows some wear and tear. The microwave is broken, the freezer is damaged, paint is chipped and furniture is stained.

We were travelling as couple with one older parent and wanted somewhere more homely than a hotel room- and this is exactly what we got! For this trip it suited us to have somewhere we could return to throughout the day when our legs ached from too much cycling! The huge windows offer a view over the city/canal which was wonderful especially for my mum who had never visited the city before. The location is perfect everything is within 5 minutes grasp on a bicycle and we found Edwin to be a charming and helpful host.

The space. It felt like you were at home in your own apartment. Not needing to chase out every morning due to clostrofobia. You can get up kate, buy fresh bread from the broodhuis round the corner. Chill with coffee on the couch etc.

We had a wonderful time. It was hard to make ourselves leave the apt. It was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!!!

We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was great, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. We didn't make much use of the kitchen other than for tea and coffee but it is fully functioning with a full size fridge so it would be quite possible to cook a meal here. There is a supermarket just round the corner. The apartment is located right on the canal, in a quiet part of the city but within easy walking distance of all the attractions Amsterdam has to offer.

Nicely appointed room, friendly staff - I'd stay here again.

there is no reception so you get confused on arriving. we got no info about wi-fi etc.

I liked it's relative location to all Amsterdam attractions. It also is on a quiet street, so you can get away from all the hustle and bustle, when need be. The balcony was great too.

This is an apartment rather than a hotel which is why we chose it. It was perfectly situated near all the interesting canals, historical sites and art galleries of the city. It has a lovely view of the canal.

Lovely balcony overlooking gardens, lovely living room overlooking canal, stylish decoration. Good kitchen area. Nice and quiet, very comfortable bed. Edwin the owner is very pleasant.

The frying pan was encrusted with filth and we couldn't scrape it off, so we couldn't use it. There were mosquitos in the apartment when we first arrived as all windows were left open, and we got bitten all night, second night I killed them all. Stairs are steep so not ideal for elderly people or kids. No air conditioning, it was very hot in the apartment. Owner should invest in air conditioning.

The owner of these apartments was really friendly and very helpful. The apartment had a great view, and everything was provided, from drinks in the fridge to an extensive range of tv channels. And of course the location was great - right in the middle of amsterdam on one of the more quiet streets on a canal! Will definitely stay here again if I can.
