中央駅から近くです。一階はカフェを行っているので、うっかりすると見逃します。ただ建物にはHendrikと書いてあるので、書いてあればそこがHotelです。駅に対して正面を向いているのではなく、縦に路地沿いに建っている感じです。駅から出て運河を渡って左側の教会や塔まで行くと行きすぎです。アムステルダム観光含め、ここを拠点にオランダを巡るなら、駅に近いのでよいです。喫煙OK。シャワーもあり。朝食もOK。神経質でなければ、一人でも家族でもOKです。但し夏は夜中までにぎわっていました。 どちらでもよかったが、バスタブ付きのはずだったが、シャワーのみだった。本来なら割り引くべきか。 |

駅から至近は便利。食事も同クラスでは平均以上。 看板が小さい（入口が確認しにくい）。場所柄、騒音が気になる。 |

ロケーションは非常に良い。メリットはそれだけ。 ５名のスタッフのうち４名が病欠とのことで、チェックインを８時まで待たされた上、通されたのがアパートタイプの不必要に広い部屋。しかも床がじゃりじゃりするくらいの埃。階段にもごみがたまり、電源の音も非常にうるさい。 |

Its location The hotel is very tired and in need of renovation. Breakfast ingredients were of poor quality. Coffee stewed and bitter. We had to move rooms as the first was so awful. Stains on carpet, the bathroom, although spacious, had no place to put anything. The tiles were cracked and had mould. It needed a through clean. The towels were manky. |

location ideal, clean, comfortable, could control the radiator in the room to suit ourselves, would use this hotel again. no tea making facilities in room, but I believe this is the norm in Amsterdam! |

Location was good Rooms very noisy. No non-smoking rooms yet we requested these. There was a smell of smoke from the bedclothes. We paid for four nights on arrival and on the second morning we asked for a refund. We could not speak to the manager as he was unavailable. We eventually got our money back for the final night. It was a nightmare and I would be slow to book a hotel on your website again. |

Good value for money. Room was spacious. Room was clean. The triple room we were given had steep stairs leading into the room once we opened the door. Found it extremely hard to climb with ease and impossible with luggage. We asked to be moved to another room and got one. |

The size of the room, the location, the price. The bedding was a disgrace. Cigarette burns, stains of various colours and consistencies on outer and inner sheets. Made our stay (while in the room) quite unpleasant. |

Just it is near to the rail station. It is very unconvenient that I have to leave my key to the door at the reception when I am out of the hotel. It is very unclean. It does not supply heat even in this cold weather! (outdoor temperature is about zero!) It takes striction on visitors. The reception person is not helpful, either. |
