Location is perfect. Breakfast was good enough. The restaurant where the breakfast served is good for dinner as well. The reception was friendly and helpful. No internet, even it was announced that there are free wi-fi in there. Walls in the room and bathroom were not clean enough. It looked more like a 2*-hotel rather than 3*-one. |

I am using this hotel since 2000 and it hasn't changed much. It has all the basic amenities you need for a convenient stay. The maid starts knocking on your room door at around 12 and try to make you leave the room. Too bad if you had a rough long night out. |

Friendly and Courteous Staff Toilets were not clean. The whole bathroom floor gets wet whenever you take a bath. Room Air conditioning/Heating was not fully functional. |

Closest to the train station! Room was quiet with the windows shut, but this is the case for all Amsterdam hotels. |

Location is excellent, staff is very friendly, helpful and professional, breakfast good. Single room is tiny-tiny, but it does not really matter, since everything works ok (shower, hot water...) and you do not spend much time at the hotel. |

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The hall were stinky, no refregiator, nothing fancy I expect to get for 165 Euro/night, the bugs and hairs on the floor of the room, no view. Even though the hotel is very close to the central station, it can be a bit hard to find the hotel; you can miss it as you walk on the prins hendrik street. |

I liked that it was straight across from central station and we had no problem finding it and it was located beside everything, only a short walk from to the red light district Our matress was bigger than the base of the "double" bed so that made for sometimes uncomfortable sleeping, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, apart from this everything else was very good |

Location, was quiet despite central location The room itself was a challenge to arrive at! It was located high up in the eaves with slanted ceiling and a obstacle course of up and down staircases, especially with luggage to haul. However, it was quite memorable in this respect. |
