Camera grande, vicino alla spiaggia, davanti a bellissimo parco. Fermata del tram per il centro e la stazione centrale a due passi. Le finiture delle camere e del balcone non sono il massimo, da un 5 stelle ci si può aspettare di più |

Spacious rooms and free mineral water in rooms. Close to the trams - great for both the centre of the Hague and the beach. Direct trams to Delft too Breakfast is automatically added to your bill and you have to ask for it to be removed from the account. Breakfast is exceptionally pricey. Tourist tax in The Hague is very expensive |

paid 80 EUR for a double without breakfast; location is between Scheveningen and den Haag. Both destinations can be reached easily by tram or by foot (20 min walk). high parking costs (15 EUR) per night |

The only thing that was ok was the bed. The hotel needs to be completly renovated. The hotel is old fashioned and fournitures are not always in good conditions. The staff did not look very competent. When we arrived, they tried to give us a worsen room than the one we had paid for. After discussing for 10 minutes, they realized that they were wrong. Once in the room, we noticed that the bathtub was stained with dark painting, so we have to ask for a change. The balcony was dirty and we enjoyed a wonderful view over a gas station. All these things are very difficult to understand in a 5 stars hotel. Finally, the hotel is far away from the city center (10 minutes by car). |

The staff were helpful and polite. They bothered to re-start the coffee machine even though they were closing. Good customer service. Also, helped to find the location of a place and printed out directions and map. |

The hotel room was reasonably priced. The location is somewhat centrally located to the Madurodam, the beach and downtown with public transportation nearby. The room was clean, and they did have a fitness center, and plenty of parking (15€). When my family and I showed up at nearly 4:00 to check in our room was not ready. We asked that a roll-a-way crib be set up, which took some time to get set up. I would not rate this as a five star hotel, more like high 3, low 4. |
