Getting stuck inthe elevator was an experience.

A home away from home, perfect!

There was nothing we did not like.

beds are comfortable the radiator heating resulted in very quiet rooms.... best sleep ever

I liked everything

Excellent and friendly staff. Very quiet for Amsterdam but still only a 10 minute walk don the center Slept at least 14 hours a day especially after coffee shop visits due to quiet and comfy room. Could here the time bell every hour but that was actually nice compared to Switzerland is horrible.

Small but I suppose to be expected in Europe. Price of minibar and room service and laundry too expensive for us staying 7 days

as we have been a few times during last years at Pulitzer, we still enjoyed the postivie and welcoming attitude of staff despite the changes of design of the hotel! The place and facilities to be in the centrum.

Pulitzer changed their design and lost totaly their warm welcome feeling with cold white colours. The entrance is cold and lost all feeling. Even staff can feel this! For these reasons we probably will not take this hotel anymore. One more disapointing point was the "upgrade", we didn't feel that the room was better as previous ones we had! Price of the breakfast: 32€ is too high;

Excellent customer service, good location, Mr. Bart duty manager was extremely helpful.

This is probably the best hotel in Amsterdam - centrally located and with universally friendly staff.

Having to pay for broadband use. A five-star hotel should offer this as standard.

The room we had was small and poorly layed out. Not very comfortable

The breakfast was good but your chef needs to know quite what omelette fines herbe means, in other words the fresh herbs were appreciated but they should have been chopped a lot finer. At least they would be if I were producing this kind of omelette.

I found the hotel extremely over-priced the 'cock-ups' were so bad that, in the end, the duty manager offered us both a free breakfast to make up for the mistakes made. I will not being staying there again nor would I recommend the hotel. Especially as on the Kaisergracht there is The Toren which is cheaper and a lot more luxurious, we had a jacuzzi in our room but still managed to pay less.

I will not come again in Pulizer!!!!

I didn'l like Pulitzer, I spent 2 years ago one week end there and was better. I paid for a executive room 360 € per night, the room was little, and not so good. Krasnapolsky and Sofitel was better and no so expensive. 29 € for one day wi-fi (usually is a free service in a luxury hotel).

we had a room directly under the roof top, quite and romantic with a relaxing bed, we liked it, even when the way to that room went round some corners and stairways. And the location at Prinsengracht near the Jordaan quarter and a lot of very nice shops and restaurants is excellent.

The concierge was excellent.

Breakfast was not value for money at 29 euros. Poor and small selection, particularly of fruit. Turn down service on request at night only. Carpets on upper floors not clean and in need of decor upstairs. This is not a 5 star hotel.

It was smart, room size was good, historic building(s).

Unfriendly doorman. We really hated arriving and leaving the hotel passing this grumpy, unfriendly man.

La ubicacion

Para los que han estado en hoteles 5 estrellas, considero que a este hotel le falta, te cobran mas la historia del hotel que otra cosa. Tuve que reclamar el internet porque me lo querian cobrar, hasta que les mostre que en la reserva me lo incluia. Las lamparas no funcionaban. La cuna me la dieron solo con una sabana sin ni siquiera agregar una sabana para tapar a mi beba. La verdad que de recomendarles un 5 estrellas, elijan otro.

Otel lokasyon olarak çok iyi

Otelde iki gün ara ile 2 gece kaldık. Ilk gece verilen oda, odenen fiyat karşılıgı degildi. Basık tavanlı ve cok dar bir oda idi. Ikinci gece chech in srasında rezervasyonda belirttigimiz gibi kanal manzaralı ve ferah bir oda olması gerektigini bildirmeme ragmen verilen oda ferah fakat ara koridor manzaralı idi. Fiyat ve konaklama dengesi acısından uygun bir otel degil. Bir daha konaklamıyacagım...

Le personnel est charmant et très aux soins des clients. Chambre très belle et lit très confortable

Le wifi est payant, à 400 euros la nuit c'est scandaleux. 10 euros de l'heure pour accéder au wifi....
