Las vistas desde la habitación Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. También faltaban canales de televisión como TVE o la RAI |

La situación y los detalles de servicio en la habitación. A pesar de todo lo que no me ha gustado de él, me parece un buen hotel. Siendo el español el 2 idioma mas hablado en el mundo, nadie sabia español.Los hoteles de calidad suelen ser caros, pero este me parece que demasiado. |

I liked the room but we had to pay extra for a canal view which made it quite expensive but canal view is the only room to have I thought it was quite expensive to stay in the pulitzer.1000 Euros for 3 nights no breakfast |

I liked the quiet of the location. You have no right to call this a Luxury Hotel. We spent over $1300 in our 2 night stay for: Dirty hallways & elevator.Extremely poor phone service - 25rings & disconnected 3x.Nice concierge, but did not get help on our needs (tickets, cell phone questions, email re transport fr airport w large amt of luggage - no follow up), maid woke us up at 8am on 1st morning of 2 night stay. $30/day for wi-fi! |

breakfast description room it's not correct for my reservation.i book a triple room and hotel' giva me a double with supplementar bed! i reserve a room canal view and the hotel give me a room inside! the reservation including breakfast and in my bill it's signed the breakfast. |

The reception staff was extremely helpful; they kindly allowed us to check into our room 5 hours earlier than the stated time, because we arrived early and very tired. Everyone in the staff was very polite, professional and helpful. Fanstastic location on a canal, with several excellent little bars and restaurants and cafes located within a very short distance. A bit overpriced, given that the breakfast was not included and the small size of the room. |
