Purple Apartment

First of all the check in was at another location and in this way the renting office had not seen the apartment for a long time I am sure. when we reached there, the bed linen was old, the washing machine was full will towels that has been washed may be one week back and still inside the washing machine no one remove it. The kettle was very dirty with crust inside. The toaster is not working. there was no coffee maker as it is said on Booking.com. The cooking pans were thrown below the sink and the trash has no cover. and I had photos for all what I said.

- Had problems with taking out money for because the ATM said I had reached my max amount. They let me come back the following day.

- Did not answer E-mails in advance. - Demaned 250 euro safety deposit when, handrail in staircase was broken, leg on sofa was broken, door on a cabinet that said "100 euro fine for opening" was not locked - Have not contacted me about paying the safety deposit back - both extra beds were missing sheets, pillows, pillowcasing, duve etc when we arrived. I called them and was promised to get this delivered to the appartment. Waited for two hour called 8 times no answer. This was after I paid 25 euro for a late check in. - Had to go into town to get the keys - Only accept cash payment

We travelled as a group of 8 couples and upon arriving noticed a number of problems. The bathroom light did it work, the dishwasher was full of filthy cutlery and plates, the towels were both tiny and smelt disgusting, there was no lining for the sofa bed, the floors and bathroom were dirty and we had no access to the roof terrace which was never explained to us. For what we paid I think we deserved a better service than this. It took about 10+ calls to main reception to try and fix this and resulted in us buying dishwasher tablets, cleaning products go make more bearable. Would not return.

See above. We called the main reception numerous times and they advised brcausr they were so busy a cleaner wouldn't be able to do anything until 7pm!! They never actually came in but just dumped a hair dryer and some towels /lining at the bottom of the starts. This place is also unsuitable for anyone remotely disabled due to the 4 steep and windy flights of stairs you have to climb to access the apartment. Reception advised they would refund the 40 euro cleaning fee along with our deposit to my PayPal. Am waiting for this.

Ottimo appartamento: pulito, spazioso, nuovo e buona posizione rispetto al centro ( fermata del tram(12) sottocasa e a 400m ca. Tram(14) e bus(21)).

Bagno diviso in 2 ambienti: uno con doccia (puoi allagare tutto l'appartamento se non stai attento!) vasca e lavandini; l'altro piccolo e senza finestra con un wc. Personale scadente, poco organizzato e disponibile!

I´m waitting for my depozit 250eur (from 10.2.2013)... still did not return the money..
