Charming staff. Free internet access in the chic lobby. Very clean, decent sized room with a really comfy bed & plenty of natural light (& working tv). I asked for a window (I'd guess 1/3 of rooms have no window). Other reviewers may have missed that the bathroom lights come on when you put your door key in the slot. Convenient being right next to tram 5 & Zuid station & quite exciting being in the World Trade Center. Your buzz yourself in, go up an escalator (buzz again) walk along & then down again in a lift. My room was shoddily built & many of the fittings were broken. The led control switch had falllen off the wall & wouldn't work (so I had to sleep with the red mood lighting) and the bathroom light was dangling by its cord. No full length mirror in room (but one in lobby). The corridors are painted in a camouflage pattern & lit green, which is quite hideous. They also have a slightly artificial smell. |

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. Everything is connected in the room but there was plenty of space to be comfortable. We also had a really nice T.V. and bar/table to eat at. It was within walking distance of the South train station, so it was easy to get to central station and see the city. This hotel was like no other that I've stayed in. There were no attendents or front desk workers and we had to check in at a machine. You had to use your keycard to get power in your room and our lighting system was broken and hanging out of the wall. You get your own bathroom but there are no doors on the bathroom or shower. The floor and walls get wet really easily and the room fills up with steam because you can't open the windows. Other than that the room was worth the price. |

Very modern hotel, self-service check in and out, very unique room design. Loved the layout and funky colors. The bathroom has no door at all, could be a problem for using the toilet if staying with anyone else in the room. There are also toilets located in the hall if you'd feel more comfortable there. |

The only attractive is the design and the proximity to RAI congress center. The region has nothing around... depressing |

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have found the rooms are very nice and unique. There is a nice view over the World Trade Center. The hotel was very well located to let me reach both the airport, downtown, the world trade center and the university. The bathroom without the door. It is unconvenient if you go in couple, but there is an external bathroom also on each floor. |

The staff were great, the lighting exciting, and the rooms comfortable. Lack of bathroom privacy. A simple shower curtain or frosted door on the bathroom section would make Qbic the perfect hotel. |

The location was convenient, the facilities were comfortable, clean and modern. I especially liked the fact that there was free WIFI throughout the hotel. |

Great hotel for the money! Tram line was rite outside and 10 mins max to the centre! The staff were helpfull! The room was modern and much bigger than it looks in the photos! It feels really safe with the security guards always around. Compared to the 2 star hotels closer into town I would happily pay twich the ammount to still stay at this hotel! Have already reccomended it to friends! None! I new what to expect from the previous feedback! With a bit of common sense there was plenty of places to 'dry a towel and put the soap' the door to the bathroom wasnt really an issue either ; ) The one thing I would say is it was quite hard to figure out the tram tickets, places to visit etc while your there so do your research before leaving!! |

the hotel was modern and different. Did not like the fact of no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Vending machines available in the lobby very expensive. The room had bad lighting. no full length mirror the bathroom was especially dark. |

This is a great place to stay, very nice rooms in my opinion (modern styling). If you want 4-star service this is not for you. You check in yourself on a computer, and there's not much more for service. But they do offer all the amenities you'd want - food, drinks, etc. all are provided in a very high tech automated manner. I very much liked the organization of the hotel. |

1) very difficult to find this hotel, which is included in WTC, so you should explain it - 2) very noisy |

Excellent hip hotel. Very different from every other hotel I have stayed at. Only negative was that the cleanliness of the room could have been better. |

I really liked the look of the room, with the special lighting and the setup. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like a baby compared to the 3 other hotels which we stayed in that week, of which the rooms were a lot smaller compared to this spacious one. It's also a small trip by tram directly from museum square and it's close to the airport with the train station in front of the door. Just some small things, like somewhere to hang the towel to dry and something to put soap on in the shower. |
