Lovely large room, a comfortable bed, and (mostly) good wifi connection - what more do you need? Nice location out of the city but only a couple of minutes walk from train, tram or bus.

The rooms don't have windows.

Room without a window, restroom open on the room good way to smel good.too expensive for the kind of rooms. No indication from the park to go to the hotel we were lost.

Good for business trip, but too farfrom the city center. Nevertheless, you can always take the metro. Unfortunately, no door in the bathroom

Location and price

Rooms are terrible - like sleeping in a shipping container. We had one of the rooms with no windows.

Staff were nice and helpful but untrained.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been in. First, to make it from the the parking garage to the the hotel is an adventure on it's own. There are no indications what so ever when you are in the garage. After we manage to get to the reception we understand that there really isn't one, it was just one person standing in what seemed to be the restaurant (which the next morning we found out it was). The guy that was there was very nice but clearly untrained, he checked us in without even asking for identification. This was all before we got to the room so we were still expecting it to be some what decent. Then we get to the room and when we open the door we are surprised but a doorless bathroom and a red led iluminated space, this was red was just an option they had picked because you could change the color of the leds and even turn the room into a light strobing nighmare, it which the light would blink intensivly while changing colors. It was the tackiest thing I've ever seen and by now I thought I had booked a motel, but bare in mind that this disliking of the room is only based on personal opinion, some might enjoy this ambiance, so up to here things were just a bit disspointing not bad. Then we lay in bed and it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever laid in and I wouldn't be to upset if it wasn't for 75+ euros I paid for one night, when I ve already stayed in hostels paying 20 that were un comparebly bettee then this joint. Then when asking for a heater we were informed that there were non and then we were brought a extra bed cover with no cover, even though we know the guy was trying tp be helpful it is unacceptable to bring a bed cover like that, it's something you don't do when you have guests at home much less to paying customers.

central position

its expensive for cheap hotel dirty rooms are not well kept cold so ideal as hostel but not for hotel prices and no windows in rooms

The rooms are as they are described - decorated in a modern style and spacious. It takes 15-20 minutes from Amsterdam's Central Station to reach the hotel on the subway, which stops right next to the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.

As mentioned, there are no doors or walls to separate the bathroom from the rest of the room - if travelling with company it is best to stay only if you are very close to / intimate with your company. Also the lightening isn't very functional if you have to work during your stay.

The bed was comfortable.

The location. Was shown as 1.9 miles away from Dam Square but was actually nearly 4 miles which cost us €30 in a taxi!!

Quirky design. Room relatively large and comfortable (but only once I'd been allocated an acceptable one) Excellent, convenient location close to station and tram stop.

Initially allocated room without a window - just a curtain over a black wall. Nonchalent staff, very un-cool to the point of being disinterested. Soulless hotel.

It is a nice hotel with fancy decoration. inside WTC.

It is locate 50 min walk from the city center.

Slow and irregular WIFI My electricity had a fall out in the room unfortunately ..

I liked the design of the room. I liked the nice staff. I liked the location near the station.

I did nog like there was no door in the bathroom. I didn't like the matrasses, t were two, so there was a little gap in the middle.

Would have been great if there was a covered area outside for people who smoke so no one has to stand in the rain to have a smoke ,also would be good if there was a small fridge in each bedroom and tea and coffee making in rooms other wise it's a lovely place

The light in the room was awsome.

1. No door in the bathroom, 2. The bed was uncomfortable. 3. Very cold in the room. 4. When taking a shower the water comes out on the floor in the room.

Aside from the unique design and the cosiness of the room, I always enjoy spending time in the welcoming lounge.

I would suggest an upgrade of the reception/lounge/breakfast area…
