helpful staff no window in room and no knowledge of this prior to staying in the room.would not have made this booking had iknown the room had no window or natural air or light. |

the hotel is very close to the important points of the city, it's easy to transporting any place. the rooms are not the best condition. |

Great location, friendly staff. Surprised room was not cleaned every day - I used the same towel for 4 nights. It was also quite expensive for a downstairs single (190 Euro for 4 nights). And they charge 5% for payments by credit card - that is far to expensive. Luckily an ATM is nearby. Basically its a Hostel masquerading as a Hotel - BUT, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. |

Near the restaurants, pubs.....we went by walking to many places. Very good localization the breakfast was not good, the hotel was very noisy and the staffs were not so helpfuly |

The location of the hotel was excellent. The difficulties associated with menial tasks such as storing luggage, obtaining a functioning remote control for the television, or obtaining advice for eateries or sites. |

The rooms were unclean. The bedding in particular was stained and several of the party suffered bites from fleas or bed bugs! A room was reserved and then we were told it was no longer available. The relevant guest was asked to sleep in what could best be described as a shed. He too received bites either from bedbugs or fleas! |

This was the second time i have stayed at the Hotel, the first time everything was fine.On arrival this time we were shown into our twin room only to find it was a double.we were then told no other romm was available, it wasn't until i pointed out that we had booked in march that they found a room for us. |

24hr check in, friendly staff, orderly and clean the single room only comes as smokers' room, and the smell is unbearable, even the linens smelled of smoke; no towels provided |

Looks nice from outside. On quiet street. Worst room I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. Bathroom was about 6ft by 4 ft containing toilet AND shower. Bathroom door falling off. Water came in and out of bathroom by contraption that made noise like a lawnmower every 30 seconds. Hole in shower wall. Basement room, like of a dungeon. 1 staff member was rude. Space under door. No way to turn up T.V. Charge for credit card. |

The shower. The stairs were windy and could be dangerous. No assistance offered to elderly lady with suitcase lodged on the top floor. Rooms small and shabby. Breakfast poor value. |

great value for the money, very clean, we stayed an hour past check out time and nobody said anything about it, no curfew, privacy our room did not have a window, which was not a problem in itself, but there was a heater supposedly in the floor which the staff didn't know how to turn off which led to a very hot room that we couldnøt do anything about |

To be fare for what i got i feel it was over priced. the work out side the hotel was bad the workers drilling from 7am that was out of order and none ofthe 15 lads were happy about it. |
