top floor, we were able to sit on the roof!

no lift, lots of stairs and steep too

This was the second time i have stayed at the Hotel, the first time everything was fine.On arrival this time we were shown into our twin room only to find it was a double.we were then told no other romm was available, it wasn't until i pointed out that we had booked in march that they found a room for us.

Looks nice from outside. On quiet street.

Worst room I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. Bathroom was about 6ft by 4 ft containing toilet AND shower. Bathroom door falling off. Water came in and out of bathroom by contraption that made noise like a lawnmower every 30 seconds. Hole in shower wall. Basement room, like of a dungeon. 1 staff member was rude. Space under door. No way to turn up T.V. Charge for credit card.

The stairs were windy and could be dangerous. No assistance offered to elderly lady with suitcase lodged on the top floor. Rooms small and shabby. Breakfast poor value.

To be fare for what i got i feel it was over priced.

the work out side the hotel was bad the workers drilling from 7am that was out of order and none ofthe 15 lads were happy about it.

Room was very untidy and was not cleaned during our stay. also asked for a double room which I was disappointed to see had 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets on them instead of a double one. Room looked nothing like the pictures on the internet

nothing positef I have astma I asked for non smoking room they put me in a smoking room they diddn't had non smoking rooms didn.'t got a refund while I want that

Location was reasonable

5% Surcharge on credit cards even though mine was actually a debit card. No television as standard, you had to pay for a remote. Room too small you don't get much for your money in Amsterdam hotels compared to other cities.

hotel staff friendly and available 24/7

hotel in desperate need of modernisation, our bathroom and bedroom ceilings had awful water leak marks, french doors did not close properly so not secure and curtains infront of it were heavily ripped and soiled

Nice rooms. Warm, nice bathroom.

Stairs and luggage = disaster.
