Perfect value for money, very good and healthy breakfast buffet (includes in our rate), spacious rooms, perfectly located for Efteling amusement park (only 15 minutes by feet away).

First time in Europe enjoyed the stay.

The staff were non friendly, except for two people and were male. Keen to be friendly and smilling. Shower was poor. Why because the hotel was 85% occupied. I wonder a 4 start hotel wouldnt prpeared to be occupied with their facilities. They only provided the shampoand shower jil. No conditioner neither body lotion or slippers, so I had to ask for it. Diffinitlym, I wont chose this hotel for my next trip.

The rooms are comfortable with all amenities. Nice ambience. Extended check out time.

To use the public computer in the lobby it is very expensive, although we didnt use it. The man in charge told us it was Eur 5 for 10 mins which is ridiculous.

The restaurants around the hotel are good but closes at 9pm.

Convenient location, quite near from De Efteling. Clean and spacy rooms. Good breakfast, excellent value for money.

Location is close to the road, i.e. not very warm. However staff welcome is quite good, thus offsetting this first upsetting impression.

No air condition - uncomfortable in hot days. Family room has double floor bed for kids - might be problem with small kids.

Staff were friendly - hotel in a good location for Efteling. I booked a suite and it was a great size. Beds and bathroom were brilliant.

Room was not cleaned properly and tea / coffee was not stocked up properly - clearly have a housecleaning problem. Mini bar could be better stocked and room service menu a little more accommodating to children as well.

Excellent value for money. Very high quality decor and fittings. Food especially breakfast first rate. Friendly staff. Check in and told immediately that breakfast was included. Previous hotel (Campanile Venlo) told us that we would have to pay 46 euros for breakfast and that no hotel in Holland did free breakfasts. All in all a 4**** hotel and we will definitely visit again

the staff were very helpful and friendly,the facilities were excellent,the breakfast was amazing with so many choices and all fresh.Great place to stay with family and right next to the theme park efetling which is great.Only just over 1 hour drive to Amsterdam,great hotel would use again.

Why,oh why are most hotels nowadays totally without any real comfort or personality,it's almost like coming in to a funeral parlor,all that black ,grey and brown dullness.If one wasn't stressed before going into those places,you certainly consider yourself rather depressed after a day o or two in a kind of chicken coop.We did have another booking later on in June but happily canceld it.Pity really,as we shall have to be in Kaatsheuvel quite a few times in future days,Alas,such is life,some you win some you lose. But since I,was a inspector for an international hotel chain for 4 years,perhaps i'am more into details,but a bath tub with greasy black corners is so,so ,asceroso,beds comfortable and clean bedding.The kettle on a dusty black tray hidden away in a cupboard,doesn't impress either, (of course one doesn't expect Minton china&silver spoons, but a medical spatel to stir the coffee is quite the other extreem say I. Although,fully realizing changes had to be made,many people feel that the charm of most places has been totally destroyed,and consecuently the accent is now most on square blocks and boxes that hold numbers instead of people,moving them in and out as quickly as possible. Suppose that now with masse tourism having taken over,we shall grin and bear,or look for an island far away!!Could you keep an eye skinned for us??.(hey,only joking though) One other very negative comment we thought the breakfast price ridiculous E18,50,for a nothing special buffet?. so now that I,have aired my comments,good luck to you. And we will still use your company for future booking as service was really good.

Comfortable room, superb breakfast, 2km from the efteling, although NH seems a high standard business hotel it is actually veryvery child-friendly!

NH Hotels just know what they are doing, that's clear to us. NH Waalwijk is very well located, next high way and cities such as Eindhoven & Tilburg. This is great for short trips. Hotel is very clean and staff are constantly laughing and askin you if everything is okay - but not too much what is nice. Breakfast is purely amazing: lots of choices and everything is fresh. No disturbances by sound or anything related. Price is just very competing and I believe there's no better deal around if you look at quality/price.

Not that much, just some minor things: hotel is quite large, so just ask yourself if that's ok. Because of its location nearby highway, there's not that much to do at the hotel. We actually liked that, but it's up to you.

Very polite and flexible staff, very family and children-friendly. We wouldnöt have booked if it had been clear from the phone contact that hotel was not family-friendly.

We stayed 2 nights but several of the bathroom items (incl. Kleenex) were not replenished the second day: shampoo, etc. when we arrived there were only two kleenex in the box. The crew that did our room after the first night did not change the empty box.

Free upgrade to suite because ordered rooms were full. Flowers that we requested were very good quality

Excellent Hotel near motorway and next to Hollands Theme Park Effteling and 15 mins to Tilburg & Den Bosch City Centers. Would recommend this hotel
