Very good restaurant and spacious room. Easy parking place and free. Easy to find and reasonnable price for such quality hotel. In general nh hoteles are one level above of some competitors hotel What I read concerning lighting in the room was true, they are very poor and it could create a romantic atmosphere but not that good for working people. |

Though mostly geared towards business customers, the hotel is situated close to national park the Drunense Duinen allowing for an enjoyable stay for tourists like us as well. The rooms are nice and tidy, the staff friendly and helpful, and the price is right. |

The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. It was my daughters 9th birthday and they even gave her a small gift! The bathroom was not cleaned on our 2nd day |

Staff were friendly. The mini-bar deal great. Still amazing that internet facilities in the Netherlands are not free, but quite expensive. The daily cost went up significantly with the breakfast charges of 18 euro per adult, 15 euro per night to make the sleeping coach for our 4 year old and 7,50 euro for a baby bed. |

Really nice hotel, although the Maid service was not to good, she didnt clean all the trash off the floor. and she didnt give me more soap the next day. The Food was great, but you can forget it on Sunday Room service was not avaiable on Sunday. Maid service could have been better |

Niet aantrekkelijk aan de buitenkant, ligging matig. Gelukkig was de binnenkant aanzienlijk beter en de service prima. De verlichting in de kamer prima. teveel hotels houden van schemerlicht in donkere kappen. |

Очень вежливый и услужливый персонал. В номере хорошая шумоизоляция. Очень удобные кровати и качественное постельное бельё - это, кстати, фишка отеля. Хороший завтрак. Когда мы уезжали рано утром, нам собрали завтрак ссобой в фирменных коробочках, было приятно. Интернет должен быть бесплатным. |

Sehr elegantes und sauber geführtes Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlen und entspannen kann. In der Nebensaison war leider das Restaurant geschlossen und somit eine nur kleine Auswahl an Speisen in der Hotellounge vorhanden. |

De korte afstand naar de Efteling en zeer verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. Televesie op kamer heeft de grootte van een computerscherm, wat eigenlijk onaanvaardbaar is voor een 4-sterren hotel. Comfort van de bedden is niet optimaal: de 2 aparte bedden schuiven constant uit elkaar. De kamers zijn net iets te klein voor twee volwassenen en een kind. Het restaurant en de brasserie van het hotel zijn heel duur voor de aangeboden kwaliteit. Gezien de ligging van het hotel en zijn gasten (meesten Efteling-bezoekers) zou een kinder-speelhoek een aanrader zijn. |
