De enorme rook en wietlucht,en de plekken op het tapijt/toilet/douche was heel ranzig en schandalig om 15 euro te vragen voor het ontbijt wat ze geven.

Uitstekende locatie in leukste winkelstraat van Amsterdam. Goed bereikbaar vanaf cs (15 minuten lopen). Leuke entree welke gelijk dienst doet als ontbijzaal. Goed ontbijt voor €10,-. Prima bed, eenvoudige badkamer met prima douche.

De prijs van de kamer is voor een hotel met 1 ster aan de hoge kant.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Amsterdam, op loopafstand van vele attracties, pristan′s, straat Rosse, tempels, winkels, cafés, restaurants, metro, enz.

Hield niet van dat het venster is niet luchtdicht. Groot lawaai van de straat in de nacht. Kamer schoonmaak is niet zorgvuldig. Een beetje vriendelijk personeel.

Locatie in hartje centrum is perfect, 24 uur bezetting. Basic kamers, goed voor wie alleen maar wil slapen en verder niets nodig heeft.

Close to downtown

Way overpriced for what you get. Single rooms are miniature, common bathroom where you can barely move, they don't clean room until past 3:00 p.m., walls are super thin and thus the place is very noisy. No lift and the xth floor is actually the (x+1)th floor off street level. Staircases way too tiny to carry luggage, too.

Staircase was very narrow and difficult to manoeuvre with bags. Some concession should be made for people who can't always take stairs

everything was there. the staff is rude, the service is very bad as their rooms are. the first day i waited for an entire journey to get my room just because the payment hadn't arrived yet because of their stupid fake unuseful wifi connection. i and my friends won't come back there anymore of course.

The location was good - near the train station and in a nice shopping area.

I was in a room the size of a prison cell on the top floor with no elevator. I am 75 years old and had a 48 pound suitcase - and no help from the staff. The shower had one hook for the clothes you wore in, and no shelf (except the floor) for any toiletries. There was a TV that I tried to turn on, but the volume was very loud and no remote to turn it down or change channels. There was no phone in the room to call to ask for help. The rate was 85 Euros which I thought was excessive for such accommodations. (I had a luxurious room at the airport the next night for the exact same rate.) The Quentin Arrive did advertise a 39 Euro rate which would have been acceptable, but it was not available (of course!).

I like the location of the hotel as it is at the centre of the ancient Amsterdam just behind the central train station.The hotel is close to all the city attractions:the boats ,Dam square,royal palace,shopping center,Van Gogh Museum is about 15 mnts walk.The stuff was friendly

The noise in the evening as the hotel is at the heart of the city

I like Western canal belt. It's one of the most picturesque parts of Amsterdam and is quite close to the center. The price of stay was not so high.

Walls are like transparent or non-existant. Come with earplugs! Also the street is not a quiet one, so until 2 or 3 in the morning some noise from outside is expected. To sum it up - if you can afford some 30-40 more euro per day, book some other place at the same part of town. You will have a chance to refresh yourself more efficiently after a busy day in Amsterdam :)

Very close to the central station, about 10 minutes walking and centrally located. Many restorants nearby.

The stairs are very steep, not easy with heavy luagage.

This was the second time i have stayed at The Quentin Arrive, and again it was an excellent stay. The staff are friendly, aproachable and more than happy to assist in any way they can. The hotel is clean, in a fantastic location and excellent value for money.

For the price paid to stay there for 2 nights- theres nothing to complain about!

The Sofa in the front was nice. the location is very nice as well.

Very small toilet and the place had very narrow stairs but i guess thats Hollands architecture design.

The room is small but you expect this. Room and sheets changed everyday. Great,friendly staff and a free cup of coffee every morning!
