the hotel is in a good location and the staff were helpfull. the hotel provided value for money. the carpet in our room was filthy and needed replacing |

Location of the hotel just in the center of the city, prices are very fair to students and tourists. The service is good and the staff is freindly and helpfull. The rooms should be ready for guests before 2.00 pm since chehing out is at 11 am. Checking in should be earlier. |

Location ,,. thats the only good thing I can say about this hotel My Husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. If you are looking for only a bed. Then this is the place. If you want service, clean rooms, or someone to ask where different spots that you want to see are. Then is is not a hotel for you. This hotel should really be listed under Hostels. The rooms were so small. That if we anted to go to the toilet. We would have to put our 2 pieces of luggage on the bed or walk on them. |

close to the action I had booked two twin rooms and prepaid with my credit card. However, when we arrived on Tuesday September 29, 2009, we were given 1 twin room and 1 single room. Which is a bunch of bull. There were four of us traveling. which meant only three of us had a place to sleep. I got screwed with no place to sleep. I complained to the hotel clerk and he said he had no other rooms available and that I had to take up my complaint with the booking company. I feel I should only have to pay for one twin room and one single room. |

I liked the view of the canal Net curtains were not clean and very badly chopped and frayed. No ventilation in the bathroom made the room smell, the tv was placed to high in the room, the sound was fixed so you could hardly hear it. |

The modern lift that was installed made the journey to the second floor so easy instead of climbing the steep stair case with all the luggage. The view on the canal was splendid. The carpet in the room was not clean, |

We like the hotel because it was near to everything fun side & museums The room we had was on the staircase and we heard everyone go up and at all times even at 2 or 3 oclock in the morning |

The location is quite nice... close to Liedseplein. So if you want to enjoy the nightlife, it is a good place to stay. I do not believe the hotel was worth the money we paid. The room was not very big (and I paid extra for a bigger room so don't even want to think how small was the other one). They wanted a 20€ deposit for a remote control - a little too much! |

I enjoyed the friendly staff, the comfortable room and, mostly, the ideal location. I was never disturbed at night and had a wonderful view. Fire alarm went off early in the morning but that is the fault of a guest, not the hotel. |

The staff was very nice and seemed to be very helpful. The room was quite clean and the bed and sheets were aslo clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a very good position; very close to several bars, restaurants and shops but the place was still quiet and peaceful. I think that the room was maybe a bit expensive due to its size and equipment, but the price was obviously raised by the good location. The view from our window was not very pleasing because there was some kind of construction site outside, but that is not very disturbing unless you want to spend your vacation sitting in the hotel room. |

The personnel is kind, the position of the hotel is perfect for reaching the most important places to visit in a very short time. I must recognize that for me the hotel was an optimal combination between price and position. |
