Staff at this hotel is what makes it special. I have never met with such friendly, helpful, professional people ALL of whom were as described. Check in and check our was a snap and all questions were answered promptly and with a smile.. I'll give staff a five star rating. Even though it was advertised as "Air Conditioned" the AC did not work and it was very hot and stuffy in my room. I was supplied with a fan on request, but it was barely adequate, only serving to circulate stuffy air. We spent a miserable day and night trying to get some rest after and before long flights. We didn't stay at the hotel for a vacation, we stayed solely for a place to sleep and shower between flights. |

The ambience around the hotel is good. The facility at the hotel meets the star rating assigned. Considering it's a five star rated hotel, the warmth of staff at reception desk missed the extra inch which is expected. |

The hotel is very comfortable, staff is friendly, good facilities and very nice breakfast. Location is good for people attending meetings and training on any of the nearby companies (it's in the middle of a corporate center among many multinationals). Last but not least, free shuttle every 30min to the airport is very handy. Airport is just 15min away. It would be nice to have breakfast included in the price. |

Clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. Gym is well equipped and breakfast selection and service is top notch. Night manager and shuttle driver did not handle service feedback professionally. |

The stay was very good the staff were excellent,and a fair price.The room was comfortable and clean,if a lttle closer to the airport would have been great,but you do provide a bus service which was excellent. |

Was pleased with the way they allowed me to check in early as my flight arrived early that morning. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel also had an excellent shuttle service to the airport. Air conditioner did not cool the room very well. Room was extremely warm during the night. |

The bus service to and from the airport is excellent and prompt. We were very impressed by the safety and care the driver showed for our children. The breakfast buffet is superb. The staff is not personable in our experience and the room was warm. The AC was broken in our room and when we called for it to be checked we were told we were operating it incorrectly. The clerk came to the room and turned it as low as it would go and we were told to wait an hour or so. The room never got any cooler and stayed very damp. |

Reasonable price, good shuttle service to/from the airport with very kind drivers, the personnel at the reception, large bathroom and its equipment, tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was tasteful with many choices. Also free Internet connection was important for us. |
