Found the hotel an excellent place to stay prior to taking an international flight back home.

The lift door timers were all set to short and caused some anxiety when entering the lifts and setting the floor destinations. As an electrical engineer who has been responsible for lift maintenance during my career, I thought that the lifts, whilst not causing a safety problem needed urgent attention. This view was shared by other guests at the hotel. I reported the situation to the desk during my stay.

A 5 stars for the price of 2 with the special offer during Easter WE ! Very comfortable room well equipped . Free shuttle to city train connexion : in Amsterdam downtown in 30 mn until midnight . Excellent staff , no difference when you pay the third .

Expensive breakfast ( 25€ pp ) we didn't used .

The hotel was perfect for our family as a base on the Easter weekend to visit Amsterdam. Even the trip into town with shuttle-bus via the Airport and train to the center turned out to be quite an advanture for our kids. Our really large room war great und having all included (minibar, movies and breakfast) even better. Except for a rather indifferent housekeeper was the staff very nice und the breakfast pretty good. Compared to the hotelprices in town, was this offer quite ok, considering that it was Eastern.

It was a bit of a shame that there was nothing special done for Eastern, other then some light decoration and a small basket of chocolate-eggs on the buffet. Especially our small kids would have appreciated it. But ok, there were no other kids otherwise.

Great rooms, very comfortable.

Hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport. Shuttles don't start until 6 am, so if you have an early flight you'll have to book a taxi. If you don't have an early flight this is a great hotel. If you have an early flight, go somewhere closer to the airport or with earlier shuttle services.

Its good, clean with all, facilities, and close to the airport.

Very comfortable rooms, a lot of place, great beds, clean and tidy, fast elevators, good food, not only during breakfasts but also in restaurants, very good service and information at the reception as well as in restaurants, nice accomodation dept. personell, parking with roof, convenient, free transport to the airport from where the trains to Amsterdam are running every couple of minutes, excellent ratio of price to performance.

Good value for money, except for the breakfast option. See below.

The hotel must offer options for breakfast other than a breakfast buffet. Either "a la carte" or a cafe where people can buy coffee/pastries/etc at a reasonable cost. I felt "forced" to buy a 25 Euro breakfast when I really do not eat that much in the morning. That increased the cost of my room by 40% ! I would recommend the hotel but will warn them that they will have no breakfast options.

Hotel quality is poor compared to the prize. Missing hair dryer which is basic stuff in hotels. With this prize I would imagine a great breakfast with a cook preparing food on demands but you could only have some toast, eggs, ham and fruits.

Good service, good food and very convenient when using schipol airport as a hub for travel.
