Location Yes, the service if terrible!!!!!!!!! The staff is not nice, the room is too dark and the bathroom too small. It's the worst 4 star hotel I ever stayed! I wouldn't recommend it at all!!!

The hotel is locatel in a quiet street, but very close to Dam, Red Light District, Rembrandt Square and Flower market. All of this can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes. Close to hotel you can find nice teraces and restaurants. The bed is comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful Our room didn't have natural light; the window was facing the reception. For us it was strange to wake up not knowing what kind of weather is outside. Even if we had a double room, there was just one pair of slippers and no bathrobes. We order 2 bathrobes but we just received 1. The bathroom was very small and not renovated

Facilities - they have heated floor in the bathroom (we were there in winter) so it was really comfortable. The hotel is stylish and provides rich buffet breakfast.

The hotel is well located, quiet and clean with a nice fitness centre. The room was clean and big (high ceiling), a few stairs to reach the room... The pictures do not reflect the reality. There are in fact 2 buildings: the (ancient) one showned on the website: an elegant building by the canal, but for meetings only and a modern, charmless one in the same street, off the canal side. I thought we would be in the ancient building but it was not the case, hence the disappointment. Radisson are always recommendable, so go there if you look for clean and spacious rooms but don't go there for a romantic weekend in a cosy hotel!

I found the staff to be very professional, attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. I like the furnishing of the newly renovated rooms. I originally booked a superior room with street view, but when I arrived at the hotel, to have street view I had to get an upgrade. The Business room on the 4th floor of the south building that I was assigned to had high and small windows (and I couldn't see outside) so I had to ask for a change of room. The second room on the third floor was very good.

The hotel was comfortable and reasonablly central in a quieter area although within walking distance of the main areas and accessible by car. The rooms were comfortable, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were travelling with a child we wanted to be 100% sure of quality and were not let down. Only one coffee / tea etc provided in each double room and no milk / cream provided.. Not everyone drinks nespresso! Also no robes provided in any of the three rooms booked, possibly as special offer price. Hotel would suit business professionals more than leisure break.

Friday evening when we checked in, staff member Nicolette was excellent. Location was great, in a quiet street but a few minutes walk from red light, chinatown, dam square. Breakfast was a good variety. Beds very comfortable. Staff wanting to clean the rooms came a too early, knocked on our door at 10.30 Saturday morning and 9.15 Sunday morning. Check out wasn't until midday.

The room was quite nice and cosy to relax...the tv was nice the most important chanals were on it, for me tv3· and tve. But the most was the atmosphere of the room, cosy, and the bathroom very well, practic. And from the hotel you can walk to all the most important sightseeing like musea, churches synagoge etc.etc..shopping, restaurants...very very good.let me say I enjoyed the hotel was a nice surprise and hope to come back.. I had my breakfast at "Van Dobben" an excellent tipical dutch cafeteria close by.
