Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam    

Location right in center of things with easy walk to public transportation that took us to all the museums and galleries. Also an easy connection to the airport through Central Station.

Used glasses appeared to not be washed outside room before being returned to service - gross!! Three steps up to bedroom from bathroom & entrance. Little tricky during the night. Don't drink!

We have stayed at the Radisson Blu in the past, and the Radission in Berlin and enjoyed our visits on each occasion. The rooms are spacious and well maintained the location is excellent

25 euros for the breakfast is a touch expensive.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Everything seemed to be very well organised in the hotel and also in the rooms. Location is close to the city centre, however a little away from the Central station (15 mins walk). Overall, this has been a very good hotel, and we had a very nice stay.

Its a bit expensive, but then you get worth the money you pay.

A very central spot to explore the city from. Clean facilities, helpful staff. WiFi was strong and easy to access. Price was right on a last minute deal. Breakfast was good.

Met my expectations. Rooms clean, but not distinctive in any way.

1) The hotel's staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, 2) the check-in was very quick, there was no need to fill in any unnecesssary forms, 3) the room itself was beautiful,spacious and well-designed, very well-equipped, 4) the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre, though the hotel's area is rather quiet, which is a huge advantage

Nothing, I got a good price for the hotel so it was ok, otherwise it would be a little too expensive for me

At the beginning of my stay staff at the reception asked me to leave deposit 100 euro per day. It"s a little expensive

Excellent location, close to all important turistic sites. Friendly , helpful staff. Very clean. Room was a little bit too small , but with comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection .

Breakfast room too small for such crowded hotel. Could be noisy - especially on Friday night. Sauna was out of order for all our stay.

The location and staff were wonderful

The bathroom lights would often go off by themselves. It was unpleasant to shower in the dark. The steam room in the gym was not working- disappointing.

Location to all of Amsterdam was perfect.Prices at Booking.com made this an exceptional value for the inner canal region and Nieumarket

Smallish rooms, very expensive breakfast add-on $$ (We passed) Breakfast would have been a 50% addition to our room rate!!!!

Very friendly and attentive staff from time of booking until check out. I received recommendations on how to get to the hotel from the airport and on where to visit and eat that were fantastic and I never felt rushed at the front desk when checking in or out or asking questions. Breakfast was very good with many, many selections. The waitstaff were also very friendly and accomodating! Pretty good location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again!

Brilliant Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with a very large comfortable bed. Parking was very secure (although quite small) but we did manage to find a parking space. Excellent location and close to the main sights. Easy walking distance to Red Light District, shops, restaurants

The comfortable clean spacious room, nice staff, 24-hr room service, overall a very good experience. At the off-season rate I paid, an excellent value as well.

The mattress was too soft for my tastes.

Hotel staff on check in where lovely and the superior room was lush, and comfatable. The nespresso machine in the room is a very good touch. Location is brilliant and very central.

Staff on check out rude and tried to charge me again €444 euros whice I had already paid for the room on check in.

Perfect location for the sight seeing, close to the most touristic places. Although the breakfast facility was too small the staff was excellent in the customer service and dealt with a problem very well. Great bar for the evenings.

The location was fantastic and the hotel very comfortable and quiet.The staff were helpful and courteous.

We had a couple of drinks at the bar and they were very expensive. Typical of large hotel chains though!
