Otelin yeri cok merkezi ,tam istedigim gibi, personel cok iyi, sicak,güleryüzlü ve yardimsever.Sirf onlarin bu sicakligi tekrar oraya gitmemizi sagliyabilir otel odasinin eski olmasina rağmen. Oda ve yatak eski, yatak cukurlasmis, rahat degildi, banyo da oyle... Banyoda kotu bir koku vardi... Odalar yenilenmeli, banyoda lavabo catlakti, degistirilebilir, oda duvarlari yeniden yapilandirilabilir, yataklar yenilenmeli.... |

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and you got shampoo and conditioner - i know that sounds funny but some places only give you shampoo and it is so annoying, it had a safe, it was just lovely. I think the breakfast is too expensive - 25 euro per person is far too much |

There was no construction equipment anywhere in site; the street is quiet but conveniently positioned to everything. I suppose everyone's complaint about many of the hotels is the fact that breakfast is too expensive. I agree, we did not have breakfast in hotel, even at a reduced rate. I feel you should have an option of "continental breakfast" for something like a 12 euro charge as a option. |

The hotel is rather new and very well designed into the existing buildings so that the whole appearance is attractive with fine artistic elements. The lobby area is with lot of seating and nicely arranged bars and restaurant. Surroundings are quiet despite the hotel is very close to the centre. Meeting facilities are very fine with excellent service. Small car parking is inside the hotel very close to the lobby. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and beds are soft and nice to sleep on. High speed internet connection in the room is working perfectly. Brekfast is excellent. |

The staff accomodating me very early in the morning (6:45 a.m) despite a check-in time of 2 p.m. Responsive, hassle free service. Great location. Free wifi internet is a great bonus. |

We received a business room since the luxury rooms (that i booked) were busy. I haven't checked yet, whether the business room is better than the one I booked but the room looked very simple, nothing special. The staff is nice. The hotel is situated close to the shoping area and the red light district (in the center), what is nice and practical ;). There was a heating problem. During the whole evening it was very cold. The window was difficult to open for a woman (room service had to do it). While washing hands there was a sound on the floor (the hole where the water goes) and sometimes a bad smell of the canalisation. But for the price I paid (€ 140/night for two ppl), it was good. I wouldn't pay more for that hotel. |
