It was very convenient located for visiting the city, everything was in walking distance, train- and busstations to go anywhere in Holland. I would have liked, because I stayed more than one day, to use my soap and shampoo and towels for two or more days. This helps you also saving some money in the long run. |

Our second stay at the hotel. We chose this over other hotels because of its central location We again booked an executive room (3.04) which was generally comfortable and had a balcony. However the bathroom was badly designed and very tight for space. |

1. Friendly staff. 2. Location 3. Cleanliness 1. The room was too cramped. Barely enough space to put my carry-on baggage somewhere without knocking it over. A real pity considering that everything else was very neat and proper. 2. There was a terrible stench that came from the bathroom. An air freshner would have made a huge difference. 3. A better choice of complimentary toileteries (soap, shampoo etc) would have also made the stay, more worthy of the money paid for it. |

Nice location and mostly friendly staff. Restaurant / bar was a nice place relax. No wireless internet in rooms. You need to rent a cable and these cables are too short. No way you can relax in your bed with the laptop. You need to sit at a desk. |

Hotel is close to city center and train station. The bedroom was a bit too small and it smelt very bad in bathroom probably due to a problem with the sewer system |

it was so close to center as well as to central train station. Exept one of the staff, all the others were nice and friendly. yes, when I entered the room, I got shocked, I had never seen such a dark room, the bed was completely close to the door and after the bed ,it was a tight small coridor which ended to a small window. such a strange design it had. The room was so dark and dull. Then we asked them another room and luckily the guided us to another room which had quite big windows and had more than enough light. It was not mentioned beforehand that we are offering this room. So if there we were not lucky, we had to stay to that dull room and it was not fair. |

Conveniently located near the centre of Leiden. Our room was very well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts good. The room safe did not work and the hotel had no central safe where we could leave valuables. Evenings were noisy but this was mainly due to a series of weekend concerts in the nearby square, and things quietened after midnight. Mini bar only available on payment of a 50 euro deposit |

Good central location, friendly staff with convenient parking Mini bar in room not working, could not find remote control for the TV after I had climbed into bed, could do with either tea/coffee facility or at least some water in room. Small details but important. |

Close proximity to historical centre, canals and shops/market. Slightly more noisy location than anticipated, partly because of proximity to road and partly due to closeness of bars/clubs. |
