Hyvä, lämmin tunnelma vanhassa talossa. Tosin eräissä alakerran huoneissa sekä käytävillä oli homeen haju mikä kielii mahdollisista kosteusongelmista. Vesiputket ovat ilmeisesti vanhat koska kuumaa ja kylmää vettä oli vaikea säätää oikein. Tosin plussaa oli se, että kuumaa vettä tuli yllin kyllin. Huone 27 oli hiljainen ja peti tosi hyvä. Lievä homeen haju sekä se että aamupalapöydässä saisi olla pienet "roskikset". |

Hotelli oli sijainniltaan hyvä. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Huoneet tilavat ja siistit. Palvelu pelasi. Tuoksu hieman tunkkainen ja patjat pehmeän pettävät. Äänieristys aika heikko. |

Hotelli sijaotsee hyvällä paikalla. Saimme huoneen, josta näkymä kanaaliin. Siisteys kunnossa, aamupala ok. Ainoa puute oli ilmastoinnin puuttuminen. Kun saavuimme käytävässä oli epämiellyttävä tuoksu. Paha sanoa, mutta se muistutti pissan tuoksua. |

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen ympäristö. Tilava kolmen hengen huone, johon mahtui mukavasti kaksi aikuista ja aikuisen kokoinen lapsi. |

Kahden hengen huone, jossa yövyimme oli tilava, siisti, kylpyhuone oli hyvä, suihkussa oli hyvä paine, vastaanottohenkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Aamiainen oli maittava ja hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Hotelli oli muuten kaikin puolin siisti ja kiva. Ainoa miinus mitä koimme ja joka myös ärsytti, oli aamulla tapahtuva siivous. Meillä oli check out klo 12.00. Siivoushenkilökunta tuli jo ensimmäisen kerran hätyyttelemään klo 8.00 aamulla ja heräsimme siihen. Ennen 12.00 siivoushenkilökunta kävi huoneessamme ainakin neljästi hätyyttelemässä. Ja vielä vähän ennnen kahtatoista saimme paheksuvia katseita, koska vielä pakkasimme. |

location is very good, close to tram station, city center and big supermarket. only 1 min by foot from Royal Palace. Room had a wonderfull view to the chanel. Roomwas not wery big, but comfortable and clean. Bathroom is very clean too. there is a safe box in room big enough for laptop. Breakfast ia not so good. Price was 8.5 euro per person. We were 2, it was cheaper to have breakfast out. Walls are thin, you can here people talking from street, room near or corridor. We were at low season, it was not so noise, that;s why it is didnt destirb bus, |

It is close to the city centre. That's all. Hotel staff is not much friendly and not much helpful. Stayed in hotel with booking, however they got deposit again then treat the cost with doubt. |

good hotel, great location, good room, clean, well organised for check in and looking after cases - good system you need another person at peak check out - one not enough - took half an hour - not good enough - the guy was good but couldn't do everything when you had people behind doing admin - more front desk, please |

The staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. Any problems we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. We booked the 'romantic canal view double' and got two twin beds... What part of "double" means two beds?? We did just push them together and the staff gave us a double duvet but still, this should not have been the case. Really disappointing. |

Clean and basic hotel with friendly helpful staff. Hotel central to all attractions and shops. Presentation of food at the buffet breakfast was not appealing and also very sparse. Toaster was set on a timer to switch off at 10.30 am. Tea and coffee facilities in your room was subject to a €2 charge. |

Stayed in a double room. Great location, close to the central station and the major streets. But too expensive for its tired rooms. Breakfast was decent and in general the hotel is trying to save money at every corner. Cleaning staff did a good job though. Shower was not working well - water temperature was fluctuating. Another problem were the extraordinarily warm rooms, but luckily it was cold out and windows could be opened for cool air. |

The hotel is situated close to the center (dam Square) but still it's quite quiet in the room and outside the hotel, staff are helpful. The rooms are more like a run down 2 star hotel, parts falling off the walls in the room and the bathroom. Room was quite cold and heating wasn't available i.e. you could barely fell that the radiator is warmer than the wall. The price is too high for such a run down hotel. |

The location was excellent and it is near Dam Sq. but peaceful. The rooms were comfortable but very warm. The staff helpful It would be good to have tea and coffee in room or at the very least for the bar to serve drinks/tea/coffee after 9.30pm at night. I found myself having to go out at 10.30pm to find a cup of coffee |

Very friendly reception, excelent large room, good shower. The location is perfect for sightseeing, in a romantic canal street. I have saved the number for a future stay. |
