If you'd like to visit the city, the hotel's location is excellent, The room is very confortable, The breakfast are good. Per the website the check in time is 3pm, however we were not able to check in until 3.40pm. The check in time is too late. |

Location of Hotel, very close to central station, very nice room decor, got upgraded to spacious Deluxe room, very nice hotel lobby, clean, bright, friendly Room service food after 11pm did not go well with the rest of the hotel. The pizza was from the fridge and cost EUR17. |

Great design and new furniture, Comfortable room (the king size bed was just amazing), Very good location (5 minutes walk from Dam Square and close to Trum station, however still quiet area), Kind staff and also the breakfast was very good (although expensive). May sound silly, but the elevators were always busy... nothing too serious though |

lobby, location of the hotel,room nice and clean but too small 1.they didn”t consider booking.com reservation,2.I payed hotel price + guarantee about they said they will give it back cash at the check out but at the check out they said they didn”t said that and they didn”t took the guarantee.After I checked my account I told them they took the guarantee and they said yes and it will be returned in my account after 5 days.Very unpleasent . |

Very happy with my stay except for the fact that they do not include tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I asked but they confrimed that this is a facility they do not have and so I had to order from room service, not something you would expect from 4 star hotel |

The situation of the hotel, it is central and easy to visit the city from there. Shops and main streets just around the corner. the deluxe room is too small and it's clearly not a 5 stars room (3 1/2 - 4). The room service prices were way too high. |

The Renaissance was simply the best hotel I have stayed at.Throoms were superb, the location ideal, a wonderful breakfast (we did not have dinner) and staff who couldn't do enough to help.Can't wait to go back. |

The hotel is really confortable, located just 5 minutes from the Central station, so perfect for who is looking something in the city center.Amazing Breakfast in the morning, and everything was really clean! hight raccomended. |

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the bed was comfiest bed I have ever stayed in. It was like sleeping on a big cloud. The hotel staff were very rude. It was as if because we were a young couple they believe we should not of been staying there or we could afford to stay there. We would not of booked it if we could not afford it. Checking in took ages and then was told our room would not be ready until at least 3pm. The cleaners took away our dirty towels but did not give us new ones. |
