Layout General feel Smell in corridors Noise from ice machine Lack of facilities for 5 star
The location The bed are comfortable
The bathroom is to small. You have to pay for the internet.
the best thing is fruit service in lobby
there should be wifi service at rooms as free of charge.
- Location is near the station and red lights district. - Fast check-in and good check-in staff
- The internet, 20€ a day.. suppose to be "High Speed". Not true, slow to die. Hotels that bill 20€ for 1 day and provide below 1mbps connection its a scam-cheat-fraud. - Many of the STAFF is more a wannabe 5stars... staff had hostel training and not 5stars training. - Hotel is hidden in a corner of a third unknown street - Hookers just 10 meters near the hotel door, not really this kind of things that you want your daughter to see...
Natural light, cleanliness, location, comfortable.
It is very central, very close to many coffeeshops and nice shops. Not far from central station. Room was clean and silent. Gives you are at home feeling.
Long corridors can be problematic after long nights.
incredibly comfortable bed nice staff very clean
room was very small
The location is excellent
The room was supposed to be better than standard with a bath shower and 42"tv. There was only a shower with no bath. The tv was no bigger than 32". The wifi was charged at €8 per day and this was supposed to be 5*. The booking in process was very long winded and we didn't even get directions to the room let alone help. We booked three rooms at over €1,000.00. Very poor service
The balcony and good size of the room
Another toaster in the breakfast lounge would help during busy times
concierge staff were exceptionally helpful!
not having free wifi in the hotel room - for the supposed quality level of the hotel - I thought this was petty and should have been included
Room, Location and bed
The fact I had to pay extra for Wifi in what is not a cheap hotel.
Close to Central Station in a nice location. Efficient & polite staff. Very contemporary feel to it & lovely bar & lobby area. Overall , would stay again & have already recommended to friends & family.
The deluxe room was nice but a little overcrowded with furniture , we counted 6 freestanding lamps ! But that was the only negative I could think of!! Also would rate as a 4 star rather than a 5 but as we didn't eat there ,I am maybe being unfair?
Reception Decoration !
- Disappointed with location of room. Right next to a cleaning cupboard which could hear staff crashing and banging when getting things in out. - This is obviously a business hotel and we wanted to stay here as it would be a nice environment, staff however made it obvious that two early twenties leisure visitors where not welcome. - Requested milk for the room to make tea , we waited 30 minutes for it to be brought to room after it did not arrive. We had to ring down to chase up after another 30 minutes of not arriving we decided to go out and get a cup of tea!
Location. Location. Location. Well kept and maintained, clean and amazingly comfortable bed!
Nothing significant really. The toilet smelt of urine when we first checked in. We asked for more coffee creamers however did not receive any which limited the amounts of drinks we could have.
Monday check out took best part of an hour due to an issue with computer system
The bed was very nice and comfortable. Nice breakfast with lots of choice and internet speed. Very helpfull and free service to use the desktop computer at the business area to do a last minute website adjustment. (i'm a webdesigner)
The bath was very small. Long walk to our room due to alot of chambers.
A home.. away from home...Club lounge is a perfect way to spend your free time.. Unlimited drinks.. wine, beer, juices, mineral water etc. Same with some cocktail/finger foods.Staff are very attentive and friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room without asking for it..Thanks
Nothing.. Except the weather was 2 degrees at that time..
Location, good comfortable accommodation, good breakfast
Well it was uncomfortable to be an American staying at a Marriot! Oh well, would do it again!
The location is perfect! Close to the station!
The staff didn't tell about the tea time in the afternoon that was included as well. The price for the internet access and breakfast was outrageous!!!
Size of the room for a supposed 5* Asked for a bigger room and agree to pay more money. They asked me for 8à euros more and the room was still the standard room. They agree to keep the previous condition
Everything is very good, you can expect from a 5 star hotel. Very friendly personal, beautiful hotel and room. Very clean too. Very good quility. Also a very good location. I like this kind of comfort very much. And I will recommend this hotel to everyone. No complains at all !!!
Nothing disappointed me.
