Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel

場所がよかった。清潔だった。

シャワーの出が悪い。入口がわかりずらい。朝食が高い。

スタッフの対応は非常によかった

使用していないミニバーの料金や、宿泊に含まれているインターネット料金を請求された。子連れ旅としてのロ- ケーションは良くなかった。

チェックイン、チェックアウトの際、フロントが大混雑で時間がかかりすぎです。チェックアウト後荷物を預け- るのも、その荷物を受け取るのも時間がかかるので一苦労。スタッフの方の対応は素晴らしいのですが、客室の- 多さからすればスタッフの数が足りていないと思います。

特になし。ただ、改装しており、以前より内装がキレイになっていた。

特にないが、全室禁煙というのが、何処のホテルでも決まりらしく、せめて　　　分煙にして欲しかった。

The gym was very nice,the new rooms and the bathrooms were very nice

The attitude of the staff

The hotel is newly build, beautiful and clean. The rooms with king size bed are good enough for a stay with young child and better than the rooms with queen size bed.

Please be aware of the fact that on the first day of stay your credit card will be charged with the whole amount for your stay+additional 75 EUR for every night of your stay for an eventual consumption from the mini-bar+ 5% city tax for each night of your stay. This is really user (client)unfriendly approach but unfortunatelly this is the policy of the hotel. The breakfast is quite modest for a 5 stars hotel.

Hotel was OK, good location very close to central station

Family room for 4 had 2 queen bedsl which was not comfortable- for family u need a king size bed for adults. In our room there was a low wall above the bed- it was really dangerous as we hit our heads in it several times!

The service of the reception, hotel room was very nice and spacious

having to pay for Internet in this day and age, separate user is not a good idea, internet was slow. Room service was excellent

The location was great.

The bed was small and uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle which is unacceptable especially for people with back problems. We booked a deluxe room and felt the room was small and didn't fit the description.

Particularly enjoyed the use of the Club Lounge. Since we were a family of four sharing a room there was nowhere but the beds to sit on. The lounge gave us comfortable seats to relax in with complimentary drinks/snacks. A real bonus for a family.

I liked the location of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.

Very comfortable, updated hotel in central Amsterdam. The rooms are well appointed and clean, constrained only by the older construction of the building. The rooms are stylish and fashion forward. The hotel is large and very trafficked, but the doormen were attentive and night security watchful. The room service was prompt, Ttentive, but food of average quality.

Wireless and phone fees are exorbitant, even for casual use.

Excellent location, very comfortable room and extremely clean.

Everything was very nice.
