Mycket bra och fräscht! När vi checkade in så sa personalen att det ingick entre´ till VIP-lounchen i priset. Vi frågade tom två gånger om det stämde. Sedan tog de betalt 70 euro extra för det. Dåligt. |

I liked that breakfast was included. I liked the design of the bedroom and the comfortable bed. I liked the openness of the staff. The location was also pretty good. I disliked the extremely high charges for food, drink and using internet in both the business centre and the bedrooms. Hotels of a much lower class provide WIFI for free as standard these days. I think this is just taking advantage of the business traveller. |

The room.. The bed .the location The book in was horrible.. Somebody else had my room... I was given a room with a kids bed in it... And shown the reservation that was made in my name but given to somebody else.. |

Close to city centre and transport. Quiet while being a short stroll from the action. Plenty of hot water and comfortable bed even though it was not king size. The rooms were far too small. There was not enough distance between the bed and the furniture. Bathroom way too small. |

The hotel is located very closed to the centre, to the main railway station and to a lot of shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the bed in our room was very uncomfortable, for one person it was ok, but for two really bad, because we kept slipping into the middle. |

Fantastic Location with very friendly staff automatic minibar if you took anything out for longer than 30 seconds it was automatically billed your account with seriously high prices. To be fair the staff did amend this for my when I mentioned that we never actually consumed anything . |

Renaissance Hotel was exactly what I was looking for: quiet, comfortable and well kept. The housekeeping was very good: hotel was new AND spotless. Rooms were comfortable and bed was excellent. |

The Hotel is in a great location - close to central station and the lovely Jourdaan district. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very attentive. Although breakfast wasn't included the Club Lounge facilities pretty much provide a free breakfast for guests in any case. Paying 10 euro for internet on top of the rate for the hotel room was a bit over the top. |

The location very good and quite nice rooms even a bit small after my opinion to be of de-luxe category. I think the actual room have been refurbished quite recently. Problem with check-in, booked 3 room and we arrived at different time. Difficult to get accept for breakfast was included even it was clearly spesified in the documents brought along. Daft and poor service in the lobby bar at night. Dull place, but there is a quite a few other places to choose in Amsterdam. The check problem and service in the bar are the reasons for the poor points, else the staff where friendly and fair service where given. |

Stayed in a beautifully renovated attic room with small balcony. Unbeatable location 500 m from Central Station. Took 10 minutes to get from the Lobby to the room. Had to walk up two floors of stairs due to elevator was being upgraded. |

had a beautiful room on the 8th floor with a view over the city check in was slow and not well organized, had to wait in line for almost an hour, was not able to get my room until 3 pm, best to call ahead to check if room is ready |

Very central and the hotel was very comfortable As I was paying in cash, I thought it abit steep asking for 75 Euros a night to secure no damages. |

The staff were all very polite and friendly from the front of house staff to the back of house staff. The room was clean, spacious and elegant and all the facilities you would expect catered for. As with most luxury hotels the minibar products were excessively priced based on the room cover this could be more competetive. |
