The Facilities Dirty (really dusty), no replacement of tissues and toilet rolls, confusion about breakfast - they tried to charge for a non inclusive breakfast, quality of the meal from room service - worst I've ever seen. Lack of meal options |

everything The extractor fan (afzuigsystem?) in the room does not switch off so it was very difficult to sleep. There is also a light switch attached to the bed which has an internal glow light (I guess so that you can see it in the dark). This also stays on all night making it even more difficult to sleep. They are little things but customers having very little sleep is not good for the hotels reputation. |
