Dirty, very fiflty toilets with left overs from other guest....

Excellent location, lovely apartment, clean, everything we needed was there. Supermarket, nice eateries/shops close by, also very near to bridge over river to rest of town. Friendly staff on arrival. Staying in an apartment is a good way for a large group with children to stay in a city centre. Comfy beds, nice little patio off one of the bedrooms. Will stay there again.

Check-in at a hotel and then allocated apartment, which means finding your way round town! No inventory, toiletries not there as stated on booking, short on sheet and pillow case, unable to connect to wifi. However, did not report these issues to the the staff as we were only there two nights - they were very friendly, I am sure they would have sorted it out for us!

We got lulled with a 44 dollar taxes on top of our final payment. Which we were really not happy about. Since we were told total amount of our stay was paid for!

Location - near my son's student apartment. Dishwasher, laundry facilities, hob and microwave. Beds clean and comfy. Restaurants nearby and short walk to city centre. Rear apartment nice and quiet.

Slight smell of drains. Not quite enough pots and pans. Key collection and drop off was a little bit of a hassle if you are not in a car.

It was close to town, modern and quite clean

Had a strong food smell in the apartment from either a previous tenant or from upstairs. The pillows and dek beds were stained - didn't look very clean

The smoking cafe on the ground floor at night; the smell was in the apartment

Good sized living area and main bedroom, well equipped kitchen and big dining area. Great location just off the Markt, close to everything

Second bedroom too small for your luggage - the main bathroom was a really good size, but it had the only shower, and entry to the bathroom was off the main bedroom. Odd. OK for us as we are very good friends.

Good central location. Spacious apartment.

The amount of stairs!

The position was great, the rooms were clean and there were seperate bedrooms for us and the kids

There was no coffee or soap. Some people may have difficulty with the stairs if they have a lot of luggage.

Great little apartment, spacious, comfortable and good value for money

This was supposed to be a luxury apartment but was actually a cross between a cave, a shed, and a conservatory. For 250 euros a night it was appallingly bad value for money. Probably 50 euros would have been more appropriate. The "apartment" had basically been constructed from a dark hallway, with the bedroom being outside in the conservatory! There was no tea or coffee, no kettle, nothing. It was not cleaned daily. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. There was no parking available other than in v expensive underground car park 300 metres away. No full length mirror, old marked furniture. Sofa old and badly marked. For the money, dreadful!

Die Abrechnung bei der Schlüsselübernahme war unkompliziert.

Barzahlung war nicht möglich, dies sollte bei der Buchung angegeben werden.

L'appartement correspondait à nos attentes : confortable, spacieux, bonne literie, calme, bien situé ( à proximité de la gare, à proximité du centre). Nous le recommandons sans restrictions

Mooi en ruim appartement.

Het is gehorig. De geluide van de (boven-)buren zijn goed te horen. Onprettig is het feit dat je - na de definitieve bevestiging van de boeking - opeens een extra betaling moet doen van zo'n 4 euro per persoon per nacht voor 'administratiekosten'. En dat terwijl Booking.com aangeeft volledige prijzen te tonen, zonder extra toeslagen. Dit maakt het boeken minder betrouwbaar.

Bien situé tout proche du centre ville. Appartement agréable équipement juste suffisant. Wifi ok.

Literie passable et bancale. salle de bains trop exigüe et accès à la baignoire "sportif". Gros problème de stationnement : interdit dans la rue (résidentiel) donc parcmètre à proximité (2,60€/ heure mais gratuit de 18 à 8h) ou au parking proche (2,30€/ heure). peut-être mettre la TV par cable.

Ik heb mijn klachtenlijstje ook al bij het hotel waar wij de sleutel moesten halen achter gelaten. 1. Hoe kan het zijn dat jullie niet vermelden dat je drie lange smalle wenteltrappen op moet voor dat je bij je appartement bent,echt belachelijk!!je komt hijgend boven. 2. Er is totaal geen uitweg mogelijk in geval van brand,geen brandtrap niets!! Dit kan echt niet en is zeer onverantwoordelijk. 3. De matrassen waren echt smerig zonder een extra hygiene hoes dus heb ik maar extra lakens gepakt om die er overheen te leggen, en de kussens, nou beste mensen ook jullie willen hier niet op slapen!! tevens waren ze lekker doorgezakt en aan de buitenkant totaal versleten terwijl jullie adverteren met jawel boxspringmatrassen, wat een armoe! 4. dan het geluidsoverlast van de tegenoverliggende coffeeshop waar tijdens ons verblijf een inval door de politie is gedaan, leuke buurt! al met al een grote tegenvaller en ben benieuwd of jullie hier met een tegemoeting komen naar deze o zo trouwe booking.com klanten?! met vriendelijke groeten, Sylvia Dirks

Vriendelijke ontvangst met flesje wijn, en informatie over Maastricht. Locatie was niet ver van de stad.

Heel verontrustend was dat er geen nooduitgang of vluchtplan was. Geen lift. Zaten op bovenste étage. Zijn toch al op leeftijd. Zitcomfort minimaal. IJskast niet ontdooit, prullebak badkamer stuk. Wc alleen boven. Geen tafeltjes + lampjes bij de bedden boven.

Goed bed.

Parkeren slecht geregeld, kamersleutel paste niet moest daarom 10 minuten teruglopen naar hotel, lift was stuk sjouwen naar de 4--e verdieping, bij brand geen ontsnappen mogelijk, vieze rioollucht in de badkamer, interieur zeer sober (blind paard kan geen schade doen), logeerbed achter de kast gedonderd, slechte stoelen.

affianco all'appartamento c'è un piccolo pub e la gente che beve e chiacchiera fuori fino a tardi è un pò fastidiosa per una delle 2 camere

Arrivati non erano state fatte le pulizie, la lavatrice era rotta e staccata ho dovuto riparla io. Non sono previste pulizie e non ci sono utensili per pulizie. Manca fono e lavastoviglie.

Mooi ingerichte, ruime appartementen. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Prima ligging, zeer dicht bij of in het centrum.

Cv werkte de in het eerste appartement niet, dus koud en geen douche! De tweede locatie leek mij erg onveilig in geval van brand. Ik begrijp echt niet hoe deze locatie goedgekeurd is met het oog op dit aspect.
